With the gradual transformation of the process,Fuxin's industrial economy has been a significant growth,formed a coal mining,electric heating,metal processing as the original basis,agricultural and sideline food processing for the new main force,general equipment,fur products With the subsequent group of industrial enterprises,but the high input low return,low technology content,economic structure and other defects still exist.Due to the large proportion of industrial enterprises above designated size,it also represents the overall development trend of the industry.Therefore,it is necessary to first analyze the resource structure of the industrial enterprises,and it is necessary to analyze the development status of the industrial enterprises above the scale,In order to discover the laws and problems of its development.This paper studies the economic development,operation and factor allocation of industrial enterprises above designated size in Fuxin.Based on the analysis of the economic benefit analysis,this paper focuses on the analysis of all factors,such as the total factor productivity measure and the factor allocation analysis,and explores the development characteristics and insufficient of the industrial enterprises above the Fuxin scale.The study mainly includes the following parts:(1)Analyzed and studied the development and operation status of industrial enterprises above designated size in Fuxin.(2)Based on the R-factor model and the quadratic weighting of TOWA operator,the economic benefit of Fuxin above industrial scale is forecasted dynamically from 2009 to 2014.(3)Using the Malmquist index decomposition method based on the data enveloped BCC model to measure the change of the total factor productivity of Fuxin above the scale of2009-2004,the technical motivations of the change of the total factor productivity of the industry are excavated,and the factors of light and heavy industry The reason for the difference in productivity growth.(4)Analyzed the capital allocation efficiency,talent allocation system and technological innovation ability level in the development of Fuxin above-scale industrial enterprises from 2009 to 2014 by using the method of building model,data induction,difference and correlation analysis.Through the research,it is found that the development scale and economic efficiency level of the industrial industry are the main driving force of TFP growth.The difference of scale efficiency index is the reason of the difference of TFP growth in heavy and heavy industry;thecapital of industrial industry The allocation efficiency is in the low level,the spontaneous investment policy formulation and implementation of a little blind;industry technical personnel system configuration and technological innovation ability level balance.In theory,it is able to improve the resource transformation of Industrial Enterprises above the scale of city development;in practice,it can provide the basis and reference for the industrial enterprise transformation of the city's future development and decision-making of the relevant government departments,and can be used to guide the industrial enterprises in the development of industrial enterprises.Continuous development,enhance the Fuxin regulations on the development of industrial enterprises potential.
