With the gradual improvement of the level of economic development in our country,and the development of modern logistics matures,indispensable node of ports as the transport system,plays a very important role in modern logistics system,as an important part of the port container terminal company,its development is a top priority.In recent years,the rapid development of port,there is no doubt that the service quality of logistics to terminal company has a higher request,therefore each big port terminals are trying to improve the logistics service,with diversified and comprehensive services to adapt to such a fierce competition situation.As an important hub port of tianjin port in north China,by the end of 2014,its breakthrough in cargo throughput of 540 million tons,container throughput of more than 14 million teu.Tianjin port now,thanks to the development of associated with tangible many stakeholders.Among them,the important cooperation with forwarding company,the common goal is to provide high quality logistics services to the owner.Specifically,the forwarder company is a subsidiary of tianjin port container terminal company important service object,so tianjin port container terminal company how to improve themselves,and then to forwarder company to provide more high quality service is the research emphasis of this paper.Tianjin east port,the nanjiang port,the existing area of northern xinjiang,the economic zone bordering on the harbor area,nangang port parts such as area,eastern ports on the division of labor is not the same.This thesis port east of tianjin port Pacific international container terminal co.,LTD.(hereinafter referred to as TPCT)as the research object.Logistics service quality problem,for the container terminal company service from the container terminal company forwarder company point of view for research.Based on the theory of port logistics service quality and the research methods are analyzed in detail on the basis of the status quo of tianjin port Pacific international container terminal co.,LTD.,the service quality system is divided into five primary indicators and 20 secondary indicators.Using the method of combining quantitative and qualitative evaluation of the container terminal company logistics service quality,through the way of grading can present the result.Finally,utilizing internship units of data in the system,and the test system has been established,to verify the validity of the index system,and finally to conclusion based on the forwarder company satisfactory container terminal logistics service quality improvement measures.The results of significance of reference to the container terminal company logistics service quality evaluation.
