Construction industry as labor-intensive industries in the urban and rural construction occupies the important position and national economic development.The migrant workers in the construction industry bear the bitter,dirty,tired,hard,risks and heavy work,for our country's economy has made a significant contribution to the prosperity and urban modernization,but their rights are often not guaranteed,unpaid wages,withhold or even be dodging phenomenon occurs frequently,work and life conditions,timeout,intensive labor and other issues.In this condition,the construction of migrant workers rights and interests protection is a function to be solved and quite a difficult task,and their living conditions should cause our attention.As the new members of the working class,as the survival of vulnerable groups in cities,as migrant workers mainly involves the field of construction industry,how to correct positioning,the construction of migrant workers how to protect construction within the scope of the biggest the legitimate rights and interests of migrant workers,and how to make use of limited resources,targeted to provide effective services and management,which is still a serious problem facing the government management.In this paper,through the way of questionnaire survey on the present conditions of the construction of migrant workers rights protection of linfen,with construction of linfen migrant workers survey data analysis as the breakthrough point,analysis of the construction of linfen migrant workers working and living conditions.For the construction of peasant workers' rights and interests protection,summarized the status quo,and from the work contract rate,low consciousness,unpaid wages,etc,to summarize the construction problems of peasant workers' rights and interests safeguard of linfen.From the employment environment is not standard,the legal system is not sound,migrant workers themselves summed up in three aspects: the construction of linfen reason for the peasant workers' rights and interests protection problems.The construction of peasant workers' rights and interests protection is a long process,calls for the joint efforts of many.Through this study,the following research conclusions:put forward the protection construction of linfen the protection of the rights and interests ofmigrant workers from the following three aspects: to improve specification employment environment,build a multi-level legal protection system,promoting the comprehensive qualities of rural migrant workers in building industry.
