| Since twenty-first century, because of the increasingly fierce competitive environment, if the enterprise wants to obtain and maintain the competitive advantages, they must carry out innovative behavior. However, innovative behavior requires the employee and organization work together. So, employee as the basic unit of the enterprise’s innovation, how to improve their innovation ability is the most important and most need to solve which in face of the enterprise. Generally speaking, employee’s innovative behavior is influenced by several factors, including individual traits, leadership style and so on. Psychological ownership is the state which the employee to express their feeling of some material or non-material goals or part of that goals belongs to "ours", makes influence on employee’s innovative behavior.After introduced the theory of psychological ownership, organizational commitment and innovative behavior systematically, the paper using questionnaire for date collection, then using the method of mathematical statistics to analyses the obtained data, get the relationship between psychological ownership and employee’s innovative behavior and organizational commitment plays the intermediary role between their. Through empirical analysis, we obtained the following major conclusions:1ã€Demographic variables do not have significant influence on employees’ psychological ownership,organizational commitment and innovative behavior2ã€Psychological ownership has a positive impact on employees’innovative behavior;3ã€The emotional commitment and normative commitment of organizational commitment to employees in psychological ownership of the influence of the innovative behavior as intermediary function;4ã€The continue commitment of organizational commitment not a intermediary variable between psychological ownership and employees’ innovative behavior;This article is divided into six chapters: The first chapter is an introduction, which introduces the research background, purpose and significance, ideas and methods and the possible innovation spot.The second chapter is literature review. This part includes the review of the research about psychological ownership, organizational commitment and innovative behavior and relationship between them.The third chapter shows the model of the research.On the base of the existing study theory, this paper proposes a psychological ownership and innovation for the influences of assumptions, and organizational commitment in psychological ownership and innovation behavior of intermediary between hypothesis, and the questionnaire is designed.The forth chapter is the sample data acquisition. In the part of the design based on the questionnaire investigation, according to the data, inspect the reliability and validity of the questionnaire, and do descriptive analysis to the key research variables.The fifth chapter is empirical analysis.According to the sample data collected, Firstly, analysis of variance of psychological ownership, organizational commitment, innovation behavior of the variable in population statistics.And then related analysis of psychological ownership, organizational commitment and innovation behavior, including the regression analysis of psychological ownership and innovation behavior, and the mediating effect of organizational commitment.The sixth chapter is the conclusion of the study, suggestions and prospects.
