Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Food Safety Management In Colleges And Universities

Dinning counts most for people, of which safety comes first, in China, people are concerned about the food safety which has been one of the most worrying ten security issues for many years. Food safety of universities and colleges is crucial because which relates to students and teachers’ health and even the social stability.From the perspective of process management, this paper researches the path of food safety management in colleges and universities. Collected a great deal of data and literature initially, did research on the present situation and existing problems of colleges and universities in our country, Based on the experience of food management developed countries, this paper probes into the countermeasures of food safety in the process management of colleges and universities in China, first, establish systematic management, improve the execution efficiency of food safety rules and regulations in the food safety management in colleges and universities; then strengthen vocational training of college canteen staff, the introduction of professional food safety management personnel; next innovate university process of food safety management method, construct the food safety quality management system and the establishment of the catering supply chain; finally, establish and perfect the system of food safety supervision in colleges and universities for common students and faculty, establish efficient food safety information exchange platform.
