| Since the reform and opening-up,great impact has been posed on China's economy due to the globalization and integration.As scientific technology growing more and more complicated,the intensity of the competition within market increasing steadily and the demands of customers diversified.Enterprises now seek new approach to fulfill the economic and social value during their developing process.Enterprisers economists are concerning about the problem of innovation and cooperation.As the urgent demands for rare resources become intense,individual enterprise could hardly complete creative programs independently,thus resulting in that more and more companies choose to implement collaborative innovation to remove or reduce this uncertainty and complicacy.Collaborative innovation refers to joint innovative activities when enterprises and enterprises or enterprises and certain research and development institutions(such as scientific research institutions and colleges)share mutual targets and in order to fulfill them they put their preponderant resources together to reach their goals.Benefits are apparently generous,redundant researches are avoided,scale economic effects generated,specific technology on other field are shared and learnt by participators,lack of funding of researches are made up.Scholars though did some researches and discussed on the issue of collaborative innovation,they mainly focus on the documents discusses about the effects of elements like attributive characters,organization structure mode and scale of the main bodies of certain kind of cooperation organization to their cooperation.Researches shows that significant impact will be bore on if different cooperate model were chosen.Analyzing the role of attributive characters,organization structure mode and scale of the main bodies play will benefits the result of the innovation.This thesis targets at enterprises at home,dealing with the effects of inhomogeneity and the scale of the main body of a cooperation association within competitive aligned coordination.In this thesis,the main bodies will be discussed separately into two aspects,namely,modality of cooperation and scales.What is more,quantitative analysis will be carried out about the quality of the outcome of innovation and the development space of the innovation on the basis of the effect of different cooperation mode has carried on the success of cooperation.In order to find out the effect of different cooperation mode has carried on the success of cooperation,this article uses pharmaceutical industries as an example,choosing the data of patent collaboration related to pharmaceutical industries ranging from 1985 to 2013 as the subjects of research,using MATLAB to clean data downloading from pharmaceutical industries'licensing patent and analyzing them by using STATA.Results show that different cooperation modes will affect the success of collaboration.Three kinds of mode of cooperation have been mentioned in this article,among them,cooperation with both association and unit and cooperation across the association have positive result,though the latter is more likely has a better result.Researches also show that odds of success will increase when there are several enterprises(institution)involved in the collaboration.In consequence,when cooperation were studied in modality of cooperation and scales,one could find that cooperation across the association have positive result in both the quality of the outcome of innovation and the development space of the innovation.The conclusion of this article will reveal the influence which modality of cooperation and scales could have on the development of a cooperative innovation program and provide the inspiration for enterprisers to improve the odds of success and the quality of the outcome of innovation. |
