Research On Industrial Agglomeration Of Chaina's Electronic Information Manufacturing Industry

As a special mode of regional economic development, industrial agglomeration plays an important role in regional economic growth.Electronic information manufacturing industry is the largest industry in High-tech industry. And its development mode also shows a pattern of industrial cluster development model.The article chooses Chinese electronic information manufacturing industry as the research object. Firstly, the research background of industrial agglomeration, the conception of industrial agglomeration, the theory of industrial agglomeration and the empirical research on industrial agglomeration at home and abroad are expatiated, and the necessity of this research is pointed out on the basis of previous research results. Then, the paper describes the current situation of China's electronic information manufacturing industry, agglomeration status and regional differences of industrial agglomeration level. The third part of the article uses the production function model to quantitatively analyze the industrial development effect of the electronic information manufacturing industry agglomeration. In the fourth part, This paper studies the industrial agglomeration mechanism of electronic information manufacturing industry in central China by using the quantity analysis method. The fifth part is the summary of the article research content, And at last, it proposed the related policy suggestion according to the electronic information manufacturing industry agglomeration present situation and the existing question.Research shows: Firstly, the concentration level of China's electronic information manufacturing industry is declining, but still belongs to the high concentration industry. Secondly, from the regional performance point of view, electronic information manufacturing industry mainly concentrated in the eastern coastal areas and a few central and western provinces. The industrial agglomeration level of the eastern region shows a downward trend; the industrial agglomeration level of the central region shows a clear upward trend; the industrial agglomeration level trend of the western region is not obvious. Thirdly, research on the effect of industrial agglomeration shows that the electronic information manufacturing industry cluster has a positive effect on the regional economic growth, and this facilitation is enhanced. This conclusion also explains the decreasing trend of industrial agglomeration level is conducive to the development of electronic information manufacturing industry. From the regression coefficient of the industrial agglomeration factors in the eastern region and the central region, it can be seen that the positive effect of industry agglomeration factors on industrial development in the central region is higher than that in the eastern region.Fourthly, the research on the industrial agglomeration mechanism of electronic information manufacturing industry shows that internal economies of scale, external economies of scale, economic integration,comparative advantage and government policy support are all positive factors for the industrial cluster of electronic information manufacturing industry in the central region. Among these factors, economic integration is the main factor influencing the industrial agglomeration in the central region. The agglomeration development of the electronic information manufacturing industry in the central region also depends on the export and foreign investment. The impact of comparative advantage on industrial agglomeration is mainly manifested in the factors of skilled labor and domestic capital, and the regions with the advantage of skilled labor and capital are more likely to form industrial agglomeration. The impact of external economies of scale on industrial agglomeration is mainly reflected in the knowledge spillover, which indicates that the tendency of enterprises to pursue knowledge sharing in the process of industrial agglomeration is strong, and the inter-industry linkage can promote industrial agglomeration. Internal economies of scale also have some influence on industrial agglomeration, and the competitive advantage produced by firm economies of scale will produce the effects of guidance and demonstration, and promote the agglomeration of electronic information manufacturing industry, but this effect is not significant. Government policy factors have a positive effect on industrial agglomeration, but their role is limited. At the end of the paper, the conclusion and policy recommendations are put forward. For the eastern region, it is necessary to put forward the optimization factor input and and promote the orderly transfer of some industries to the central and western regions. For the central region, strengthen the mechanism and create an environment conducive to the gathering of electronic information manufacturing industry is the key to promoting industrial development.
