Research On The Influence Of Industrial Agglomeration Of China's Electronic Information Manufacturing Industry On Its Export Sophistication

With the gradual development of China's manufacturing industry toward "intelligent manufacturing",the electronic information manufacturing industry,which provides support for "intelligent manufacturing",is also facing the key problem of transforming the export trade After a long period of development,China's electronic information manufacturing industry has formed a geographical agglomeration phenomenon,which is mainly distributed in the Yangtze river delta,the pearl river delta,the Bohai sea rim and the central and western regions.The change of agglomeration degree makes the export sophistication of the electronic information manufacturing industry in this region change.Through exploring China's electronic information manufacturing industry agglomeration effect on the influence of export sophistication and its internal mechanism,and to find out problems existing in the electronic information manufacturing industry cluster development,promote industrial agglomeration give full play to the intermediary effect of technology innovation,put forward in the electronic manufacturing exports concentrated area corresponds to the technical complexity increase concentrating effect of the development and the improvement scheme of ascension.Firstly,this paper summarizes the theoretical basis of industrial agglomeration's impact on export sophistication.By summarizing relevant theories,it can be concluded that industrial agglomeration can affect the export sophistication through the mediating effect of technological innovation.Secondly,the agglomeration degree and export sophistication of 25 provinces(cities)in China from 2005 to 2016 were calculated through relevant data,and the current situation of agglomeration location was analyzed accordingly,and the change trend and connection of industrial agglomeration and export sophistication were expounded.Finally,in order to test the impact of industrial agglomeration on export sophistication,this paper conducted an overall and grouped empirical test of basic model and an empirical test of technological innovation intermediary model based on panel data of 25 Chinese provinces from 2005 to 2016.On the one hand,from the perspective of basic model,industrial agglomeration can effectively promote the increase of technical complexity of export,no matter in high or low agglomeration areas.On the other hand,from the perspective of the mediation model,the mediationeffect of technological innovation is significant in areas with high agglomeration degree(Yangtze River delta,Pearl River delta,Bohai rim and Sichuan and Chongqing areas).In the central and western regions with low agglomeration,technological innovation did not play an intermediary role.The reason may be that some central and western regions have a low degree of agglomeration and are in the initial stage of industrial development.The enterprises in the agglomeration zone lack of close contact,cannot form certain collaboration and network effect,and pay insufficient attention to the establishment of R & D platform in the agglomeration zone.Based on the above research,the following policy Suggestions are proposed for the electronic information manufacturing industry cluster in China and the increase of export sophistication: fully guide the transfer and acceptance of electronic information manufacturing industry cluster,and correctly guide the formation of electronic information manufacturing cluster area;Rationally planning the construction of industrial agglomeration area and vigorously enhancing the exertion of intermediary effect of technological innovation;We will effectively enhance the strength of independent innovation,increase the industrial exports sophistication,and transform and upgrade the structure of export trade.
