Research On The Agglomeration Of China's Electronic Information Manufacturing Industry And Its Influencing Factors

For a long time,the development of manufacturing industry is always accompanied by the occurrence of spatial agglomeration.As a capital-intensive and technology-intensive industry,electronic information manufacturing is more obvious in spatial agglomeration.China's electronic information manufacturing industry has experienced the process of spatial evolution from the inland to the eastern coastal areas,and from the east to the central and western regions.In order to study the motivation in the spatial agglomeration of electronic information manufacturing industry,based on the local knowledge spillover and extension model,this paper puts forward the mechanism of influencing the spatial agglomeration of electronic information manufacturing industry through the positive and negative two aspects,and makes an empirical test.The empirical results show that:First,patent knowledge and enterprise scale showed the best effect of electronic information manufacturing industry agglomeration;Second,R&D investment,foreign direct investment and foreign trade have also strengthened the electronic information manufacturing industry;Third,the traffic infrastructure is conducive to the agglomeration of electronic information manufacturing industry,but at the high concentration area this effect is not obvious;Last,knowledge talents and government intervention create scattered power on the electronic information manufacturing industry,the positive externality agglomeration gradually weakened.Based on the results of theoretical analysis and empirical test,we put forward different policy recommendations for the eastern coastal high concentration area and the low agglomeration level area.The eastern region should mainly by:(1)to strengthen the exchange of knowledge,promote knowledge spillover;(2)pay attention to personnel training,improve the technical efficiency;(3)cultivating digital talents and improving the output of innovation.So as to achieve better and faster development of electronic information manufacturing industry.The central and western regions are relatively weak.The emphasis should be placed on:(1)improving infrastructure and improving investment environment;(2)rationally carrying out industrial transfer according to local conditions,(3)encouraging innovation and improving the level of opening to the outside world.
