Research On Performance Evaluation System Of WX Group Company Based On BSC

The development and management of the company cannot do without the cost management and staff management,these two aspects are needed to clarify the performance appraisal to regulate the work of human resources and cost management,the traditional financial performance evaluation system,and adapt to the production characteristics of the standardization of the industrial age,but has been far can not adapt to the characteristics of the times today.Only depend on the financial performance appraisal has been unable to meet the demand of performance appraisal,need to be more diverse,more perfect indicators to participate in the performance appraisal,can correctly judge the value of employees,which is promoted in addition to the financial evaluation system in the enterprise development by outside the camp.The performance evaluation system is related to the standardization of enterprise performance evaluation,and the path of performance development,which has a positive effect on the long-term human resource planning.In this paper,based on the relevant literature review and appraisal program at the WX group,WX group of existing in current assessment methods,assessment content,assessment and the application of the results of performance appraisal problems were analyzed,pointed out that the current group in the performance evaluation index is not quantitative,lack of enterprise performance appraisal and assessment scheme reasonable etc..Based on the balance scorecard,the paper constructs the balanced scorecard based performance evaluation system,and performance evaluation to the development strategy of the enterprise development target and implementation of the WX group to maximize the value of the height.The conclusion of this paper can enrich the research achievements in the field of performance evaluation,and can provide some reference for the improvement of the performance evaluation of WX company in the future.
