Study On The Loss Influencing Factors Of Foreign Direct Investment Enterprises In Shaanxi

Foreign direct investment has a positive impact on economic growth to a country or region,it can not only increase the capital stock,but can create more jobs,generate technology spillover effects.In recent years,the inflow of foreign investment has shown an increasing trend,however,in stark contrast,foreign companies face high losses in China.The traditional view that the purpose of business is to maximize profits,so the loss of a large area will cause companies to reduce investment or withdrawal of investment,why is there a loss of multinational side,while they continued to invest it in China?For more multinationals invest more losses this phenomenon,this paper uses "Foreign Investment in Shaanxi Province 2010--2014 Joint annual financial statement" data,A quantitative and empirical study have launched At the micro level.This paper analyzes the characteristics of loss of foreign direct investment enterprises in Shaanxi Province,mainly from the following angles: the loss of national distribution,the loss of the industry distribution,the industrial policy and the situation of loss,the Enterprise Category and the situation of loss,the enterprise size and the situation of loss,the management time and the situation of loss,the ownership structure and the situation of loss.Secondly,the operation of foreign direct investment in Shaanxi Province from the enterprise scale characteristics,capital structure characteristics,operating performance characteristics and structural features of the equity structure were analyzed.On this basis,this paper presents factors affect profit and loss,and set the relevant variables.Empirical part analyzes the structure of the sample,then using the model set SPSS18.0 to carry out the test,and ultimately come the factors of foreign direct investment enterprise losses.Conclusions are as follows:(1)The distribution of country and industry of the foreign-invested enterprises in Shaanxi Province are concentrated;(2)Different countries and different industries have different loss situation.(3)Exclusive trend is obvious,but it does not reduce the deficit proprietorship of probability;(4)The country or region a foreign-invested enterprises comes has a close impact on corporate profits and losses,those which come from developed countries or regions has lower the probability of loss;(5)The capital structure has a positive impact on the loss probability,the higher debt ratio of a enterprises,the higher of the probability of loss;(6)The length of time and the enterprise size of a enterprise has a significant impact on the deficit,the longer the a company runs and the greater the size,the smaller the possibility of loss;(7)The Industrial policy has a significant impact on a enterprise's profit and loss,in average,companies which were government encourage type has 20% lower loss probability than those which were government constrained type.
