Rubber,as the second largest economic crop in Cambodia,has become an important part of the entire national economy and has made a significant contribution to the growth of the entire national economy.The main objective of this study is to find ways to optimize the current Cambodian rubber exports.The focus of this study is to clearly understand and address the international strengths and weaknesses of the Cambodian rubber industry and the opportunities and challenges it faces.Through the analysis of Cambodia's rubber industry's export status,this study points out the serious problems facing Cambodia's rubber export and the specific strategies to improve its export.Totally,The full paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter was the introduction of the research background and significance of this paper,related literature review,research ideas and framework,the main points of view and innovation.The second chapter reviewed the development of the whole world and the Cambodia rubber industry,and the article correctly grasp the current situation of the international rubber industry and the development process and actual state of the rubber industry in Cambodia.In addition,a SWOT analysis was made about the Cambodian rubber industry exports to clarify the current advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and challenges that the Cambodian rubber industry are facing.The third chapter analyzed the export status of Cambodian rubber industry,and analyzed the export price,quantity,type,export destination,main competitor and market environment.The fourth chapter analyzed the export of rubber industry in Cambodia.Overall,Cambodia's rubber industry is mainly faced with no clear market objectives,low product quality and variety of single,the price strategy is not clear,pricing based on unscientific,lack of sales experience,sales channel occlusion and other issues.The fifth chapter put forward the strategies of improving the export of Cambodian rubber industry from the aspects of positioning target and market,improving quality and rich variety,perfecting pricing mechanism and improving sales strategy.Lastly,chapter 6 drawn the conclusion of this study and prospects the future study.This paper aims to provide effective countermeasures for the sustainable development of the rubber industry in Cambodia and to find a breakthrough in the international market in order to improve the international competitiveness of Cambodian rubber.By increasing investment in the rubber industry in Cambodia,Cambodia's rubber international market share gradually increased,thus promoting the entire Cambodian rubber industry sustainable development.
