The Main Problems And Countermeasures In The Sino-Russian Oil Trade

In recent years,with the escalating international oil shortage,Chinese and Russia as the world's fastest growing economy country of oil consumption and oil exporting countries,between the two countries in oil trade as the representative of the energy trade has been the core content of the cooperation between the two countries.However,Sino Russian oil trade cooperation is not smooth sailing,and some cooperation projects are often repeated through the twists and turns.The main problems exist in Sino Russian oil trade cooperation and countermeasures as the research content,first introduced the Sino Russian cooperation in oil trade background,supply and demand situation comparison of Sino Russian oil resources,analysis of the main mode of cooperation between China and Russia in oil trade,explore the important influence of bilateral cooperation in Oil Trade,and analysis in the process of cooperation from many angles.Finally,it also discusses the great significance of the Sino Russian oil trade and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.The research methods of this paper are data research method,data analysis method and comprehensive analysis method.The conclusion of this research,existing problems in the oil trade between the two countries including China,Russia,the external environment in three aspects,including the problem of China China energy diplomacy experience,China petroleum enterprises lack of international competitiveness,the lack of Chinese oil pricing right;Russia including the Russian government energy policy is not stable,"Chinese threat" Russian oil companies,strictly controlled by the government,the eastern region of Russia,Russia's domestic oil development lags behind the poor investment environment;external problems including constraints and other oil demand in the international oil market competition strong uncertainty and lack of security of oil transportation channel etc..The countermeasures and suggestions for China,we should strive to improve the oil source diversification and reduce dependence on Russian oil;oil to improve the efficiency of resource use,the development of new energy technologies,to reduce dependence on Russian oil imports;strengthen policy research for Russia,the implementation of construction under the new situation of energy diplomacy strategy;actively involved in oil trading the development of the oil market,trading and pricing center,improve the oil pricing right and so on.
