As global competition is becoming fiercer and fiercer,new products and demands keep coming up.Enterprises are facing tougher and tougher challenges in survival and development,so are their employees.When employees proactively think and change for their companies' development,their efforts will infuse competitiveness in their companies' continuous development.The act of those employees becoming future-oriented,spontaneously thinking and changing for themselves and their companies' development,is called “Employee's Proactive Behavior”.To effectively inspire employees' proactive behavior at work,which will improve companies' performance and development,is an important research subject of maintaining enterprises' competitiveness.This thesis probes into the relationship among Perceived Organizational Support and Psychological Empowerment and Employee's Proactive Behavior.The study is based on precedent researches,through building up models,posing hypotheses and using Psychological Empowerment as intermediate variable,under whose influence,we probe into the relationship between Perceived Organizational Support and Employee's Proactive Behavior.The Perceived Organizational Support Table,Psychological Empowerment Table and Employee's Proactive Behavior Table are referred to in this thesis,and questionnaires have been delivered to collect data,which is processed by using software SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0.After verifying and analyzing the data,we finally come to a conclusion among these three variables as below:(1)Every dimension of Perceived Organizational Support positively affects Employee's Proactive Behavior.(2)Every dimension of Perceived Organizational Support positively affects Psychological Empowerment(3)Every dimension of Psychological Empowerment positively affects Employee's Proactive Behavior.(4)Every dimension of Psychological Empowerment plays an intermediate role between Perceived Organizational Support and Employee's Proactive Behavior.Through this study,I probe into the relationship between Perceived Organizational Support and Employee's Proactive Behavior,and their functions.Meanwhile,the study also serves as an effort to supplement the existed research and providing advice to companies in management and practice,so as to enhance the mutual development of organization and employees,to achieve a win-win situation.
