Research On The Issue Of Smart Tourism Development In JiangXi Province

The continuous development of modern technology is changing the travel mode of tourists, bringing new requirements for tourism service. As the syncretic product of modern technology and modern tourism, smart tourism arises at the historic moment.Smart tourism development will surely give visitors a better travel service experience,meet the personalized needs of increasing numbers of tourists, turn the traditional tourism information to more intelligent, humanized service-oriented way. The continuous development of tourism and its huge industry leading role, make it occupies a more and more important role in the development of the national economy, countries also have issued policies to promote the development of tourism. In 2009, the state council issued the opinions of accelerating the development of tourism, clearly indicated to develop tourism into a strategic pillar industry of national economy and more satisfied modern service industry. This puts forward higher requirements for the development of tourism. Shao, the director of the China national tourism administration,pointed out that China would take 10 years to realize the strategic goal, making the tourism enterprise business activities to realize comprehensive informatization,developing tourism into modern service industry of high information content and knowledge intensive. Smart tourism, based on information technology, would preliminary realize in the emerging world tourism power.In 2013,under the strategic target of building a strong tourism province,the construction of smart tourism system in Jiangxi province began to promote the transformation and upgrading of tourism industry. At present, all regions carry out the construction of the smart tourism in Jiangxi province. The smart tourism construction in dragon mountain, Sanqing mountain and Mingyue mountain has obtained some achievements. But compared with other cities in China, our smart tourism construction is slow. Especially, compared with the developed areas such as Jiangsu, Beijing and Zhejiang,there is a certain gap. To realize the strategic goal of strong tourism province,Jiangxi province has a long way. Therefore, this paper researches the development situation of smart tourism in Jiangxi province, applies system theory and stakeholders theory to analyze the problems of smart tourism development in Jiangxi province. Then,some countermeasures are proposed in the hope of promoting the smart tourism development in Jiangxi province.Based on the theory and application layer, this paper investigates the smart tourism in Jiangxi province, which has great significance for the study of smart tourism development in Jiangxi province. First, this work elucidates the smart tourism and introduces smart tourism development situation at home and abroad. Then, this work introduces system theory and stakeholders theory to analyze smart tourism construction.Through literature and interview research in the development situation in Jiangxi province, we find some problems in the smart tourism development process and propose some countermeasures correspondingly. In order to smoothly promote the smart tourism construction in Jiangxi province, several measures would be adopted. To strengthen government support of smart tourism construction, to strengthen the coordination and cooperation in each region or sector, to strengthen the construction of tourism information and improve the level of tourism intelligence services, to development individualized tourism products and improve the quality of tourism products, to improve the personnel quality of tourism practitioners and services quality, to establish regulatory mechanism of smart tourism and build feedback platform.
