Quanzhou Rural Tourism Development Pattern Based On The Theory Of Stakeholders

In recent years, Fujian province attaches great importance to the development of rural tourism. Quanzhou will make being beautiful "rural construction" and "the people rich, ecological beauty" of rural tourism as a development goal. In 2014,Quanzhou rural tourism revenue was 6.72 billion yuan,with year-on-year growth nearly 20% in 2015. Rural tourism for Quanzhou, not only is the need of the industry,but also economic demand; not only can promote the development of agricultural economy, but also can promote the farmers’ income. Therefore, Quanzhou rural tourism development pattern has strategy and forward-looking, and the perfect rural tourism development pattern in Quanzhou remains to be explored and research.this paper, based on the stakeholder theory, has used the method of multidimensional niche and divided the stakeholders, government into 7 parts from the perspective of the development of the subject.They are company, community,farmers, travel agencies, tourist association, shareholders, individual investors.Through the combination of these elements the author have raised 6different development mode of rural tourism, and by drawing the 63 rural resorts of Quanzhou on the map, it is concluded that the regional distribution law.Based on the typical model cases the author analyzed their advantages and disadvantages, as well as the disadvantages in the development process and the solutions. According to the actual situation of Quanzhou, this paper has used the tourist destination life cycle theory, designed "government + company + rural tourism association + travel + farm households" for Quanzhou and pointed out that should be paid attention during every stages of the development. This pattern also makes the regulation clearly and points out the role of power and responsibility.At different stages of the scenic area development, every role should change their functions.This paper has analyzed the rural tourism development pattern of Quanzhou roundly, I hope it will have certain reference significance for future study.
