According to the data of the National Bureau of Statistics,in 2019,the number of domestic tourists exceeded 6.01 billion,an increase of 8.4% over the previous year,and the domestic tourism revenue was 5.73 trillion yuan,an increase of 11.7% over the previous year.Tourism has become one of the necessities and mainstream consumption patterns to meet People's growing quest for a better life.With the development of information technology,smart tourism,which is mediated by smart terminals such as mobile phones,has increasingly become an important channel for tourist service,publicity and promotion and government management.Tourists are accustomed to obtaining information and services through mobile phones and computers.Enterprises such as tourist attractions can provide tourists with various tourism resources,tourism activities,tourism plans and other essential information to meet their needs.Tourism management departments can provide accurate information for the development of tourism economy,the formulation of relevant policies and the standardized management of tourism market through big data analysis.This paper reviews the development process of "smart tourism",based on the current development status of domestic and foreign industries,focuses on analysis and scheme design,using literature research,questionnaire,interview,spss23.0,amos25.0,superdecision software,constructs the structural equation model(SEM)of Jiangxi scenic area information service construction evaluation system under the vision of smart tourism,and extracts Four indicators,i.e.the level of policy implementation and infrastructure construction,the level of intelligent transportation construction,the level of scenic spot and its terminal construction,the level of scenic spot supervision and database construction level four index of the scenic area scenic spot in jiangxi province information service construction has carried on the comprehensive evaluation,and adopt comprehensive usefulness,using interactive evaluation standard to measure risk and tourists.By using the analytic hierarchy process(ANP),the weight of four dimensions and their subordinate elements in the development path model of Jiangxi scenic area information service construction is obtained and verified.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Define the concept of smart tourism.This paper argues that Smart Tourism is the product of the rapid development of information technology.It integrates high-speed mobile communication technology,cloud computing,Internet of things and other high-tech into one.Through the information service construction activities carried out by multiple subjects,it is an intelligent,personalized,humanized and convenient way to meet the needs of tourists,scenic spots and governments.It is not only the means of tourism development,but also the development of tourism Stage objectives of the exhibition.(2)The construction path of Jiangxi scenic area information service is constructed.Based on the research,the development path of Jiangxi scenic area information service construction under the vision of Smart Tourism is a four-dimensional structure.According to the two-level indicators of each dimension and the three-level indicators of each subordinate,the development path models of "control layer","criterion layer" and "network layer" are constructed.Among them,the control layer is the construction path of Jiangxi scenic area information service under the vision of Smart Tourism;the criterion layer is composed of four dimensions: the level of policy implementation and infrastructure construction,the level of intelligent transportation construction,the level of scenic area and its terminal construction,the level of scenic area supervision and database construction;and the network layer is composed of 28 elements.(3)This paper explores the factor weight of the development path model of Jiangxi scenic area information service construction.It is found that the level of intelligent transportation construction,the level of scenic spot supervision and database construction,and the level of scenic spot and terminal construction have basically the same effect.The weight of the factors of policy implementation and infrastructure construction level is significantly higher than other factors,which shows that the total effect of policy implementation and infrastructure construction level on the information service construction of scenic spots in Jiangxi Province is the highest.However,the study also found that the implementation of policies and the level of infrastructure construction do not directly affect the evaluation of the information service construction of scenic spots in Jiangxi by the respondents,but further affect the evaluation of the respondents through three potential variables: the level of intelligent transportation construction,the level of scenic spot supervision and database construction,and the level of scenic spot and its terminal construction.(4)To sum up,the following suggestions are put forward for the construction of Jiangxi scenic spot information service: First,strengthen the top-level design at the policy level,standardize and guide the construction of scenic spot information service in the whole province;Second,improve the intelligent transportation system to provide convenience for travel activities;Third,improve the construction of scenic spot and its terminal,improve the symmetry of information transmission and acquisition;Fourth,strengthen the supervision and database of scenic spot Construction,strengthen the internal affairs management of the scenic spot;through all-round construction,improve the overall level of Jiangxi scenic spot information service.
