Research On The Interest Balance Mechanism Of Tourism Stakeholders In Zhagana

Zhagana is located in Yiwa Township,Diebu County,Gansu Province,bec ause of its beautiful natural scenery,honest folk customs and unique Tibetan cul ture.Zhagana has triggered a boom in tourism development.However,many probl ems have been exposed in the process of development,and the contradiction bet ween the diversification of related tourism stakeholders and the imbalance of int erests has become increasingly prominent.The existence of these contradictions has seriously hindered the sustainable development of rural tourism in Zhagana.The fundamental interests of these stakeholders in the development of the scenic spot have a long-term symbiotic relationship.Only by fully considering and prop erly handling the relations and conflicts,can the development be effectively coor dinated and orderly.This study based on the theory of tourism stakeholder theory,take tourism stakeholders as the research object,using the method of grounded theory researc h,through twice before and after a total of 15 days of field investigation and d epth interview with the local residents,government departments,tourism enterpri ses and tourists a total of 91 people,collect the data needed for the research.Th en,open coding,spindle coding and selective coding are used to analyze the or iginal data.Finally,we concludes seven categories: local residents' perception,to urism influence,residents' ability,government function,tourists' preference,po wer structure and conflict.Then,by repeatedly deliberating and verifying the caus al relationship between the seven categories,the core category of "The mechanis m of stakeholder interest balance in Zhagana tourism" was finally obtained.This paper summarizes the interest demands of the tourism stakeholders in Zhagana,and further constructs the model of interest balance mechanism of the tourism st akeholders in Zhagana,and analyzes the model.Finally,based on the coding and analysis results,this paper proposes the path of balanced coordination of the in terests of relevant stakeholders in the tourism industry in Zhagana from three as pects: multi-party participation mechanism,multi-party interest communication me chanism and construction of incentive mechanism,Try to provide reference for the same type of rural tourism economic development.
