Study On The Layout And Optimization Of Rural Construction Land In Dazu District Of Chongqing

The rational use of land resources had become a key issue with the transformationof the socioeconomic development in Chinese rural areas as well as the overall strategy of urban and rural areas development and the promotion of new urbanization.The optimization of rural construction land layout was the inevitable requirement of socioeconomic development in order to realize the effective allocation and reorganization of resources in rural areas.The purpose was to change the land use model to alleviate the contradiction between the demand for land and the development of socioeconomic.First,this paper analyzed the present situation of the scale,structure and layout of rural construction land in Dazu District in order to point out the problems of the utilization of rural construction land under the background of the rural land reform.And then,this paper divided Dazu district into different part through the different socioeconomic development level by research method of regional economics to discuss the relationship between the spatial pattern of rural construction land and regional socioeconomic development level,researching the spatial differentiation characteristics of rural construction land in each part were studied at the same time.At last,this paper took the typical town in each part as an example to make the specific layout optimization strategy and put forward some suggestions on the layout of rural construction land.the main contents of each chapter were as follows:Chapter1:Introduction.This chapter elaborated some basic contents about this paper,including in the research background,the significance,the summary,the area,the contents,the method,the thinking and technical route,the data sources,the innovation points etc.Chapter2:Analysis on spatial distribution characteristics of rural construction land.First,this chapter expounded the present situation of land use and the rural construction land use in Dazu District.Then,this chapter summarized the main layout patterns of rural construction land based on the scale,structure and layout characteristics of the rural construction land.Finally,this chapter pointed out the problems existing in the utilization of rural construction land.Chapter3:Spatial differentiation of rural construction land under the comprehensive strength zoning.First,this chapter evaluated the regional comprehensive strength by the principal component analysis method and the comprehensive strength calculation method based on the socioeconomic data.Then,this chapter explored the the spatial differentiation of rural construction land under the comprehensive strength zoning.Finally,this chapter explored the relationship between the spatial pattern of rural construction land and regional socioeconomic development.Chapter4:Layout optimization of rural construction land in the region of comprehensive strength.First,this chapter optimized the layout of rural construction land in YouTing,WanGu,BaoDing,JiJia town by potential model based on the spatial interaction theory.The optimization of plaque types were divided into four kinds:urbanization,key development,scale control,migration and merger.At last,this chapter put forward some corresponding recommendations for the different comprehensive strength zoning.
