In the outline of the 11 th Five-Year Plan,China proposed that the unit GDP energy consumption should be reduced by about 20 percent,and the major pollutants should be reduced by 10 percent.Therefore,the energy-saving and emission reduction had been treated as a national policy these years.In our nation,industry consumes about 70% of the nationwide total energy.Industrial energy consumption is enormous,while the energy-saving potential in this area is also obviously.In order to improve the energy utilization rates and to reduce the pollutant emissions,different industrial sectors such as the thermal power,the iron and steel,the chemistry,the petrifaction,the light textile,the papermaking,the pharmacy and the food industries are all aggressively pursuing new techniques and methods.Absorption heat pump is exactly a new technique which could utilize the industrial waste heat,improve the energy utilization rate and reduce pollutant emission.The discharged heat from the cooling tower could be recovered by the absorption heat pump,and the newly available heat energy could be utilized to maintain the industrial cycle or to provide domestic heating.The economic benefits and the environmental profits of absorption heat pump are quite outstanding.Beyond that,the absorption heat pump also conforms to the national policy of sustainable development,energy-saving and emission reduction.Therefore,the lithium bromide absorption heat pump project possesses broad application prospect and enduring development potential.In this thesis,the overall planning,the implement environment,the sales plan and strategy and the finance risk of the absorption heat pump project in Tongfang Kawasaki are investigated and summarized.Based the on the relative analyses,the project feasibility is confirmed.According to the finance and risk analysis of the project,the ROI(return on investment)is 13.78%,the internal rate of return is 20.5%,the static recycling period is 6.96 years and the dynamic recycling period is 8.17 years.All these data indicated that this project possesses strong profitability and good investment efficiency.
