Today's society has entered the Internet era,the rapid development of the Internet is constantly affecting and changing the business trajectory.The Internet as a new engine of economic development,with great economic benefits,also has a strong impact on the traditional economic model.Traditional enterprise still play an important role in the current economic development of our country,however,at present,there are many problems such as lack of independent innovation capability,low efficiency of enterprise organization structure,single marketing model and product competitiveness is not strong,lack of core competitiveness development restriction factor,etc.In addition to the global economic downturn,rising operating costs and other serious business environment.With the improvement of Internet infrastructure in China,the explosive growth of Internet users,the Internet market has made rapid development,in this context,Internet thinking came into being,it is a new mode of thinking,born in economic globalization and information technology rapid development background,had a profound effect on the transformation and upgrading of traditional enterprise.Facing the growing competitive environment,the enterprise must innovate product production,optimize service experience,change marketing strategies,timely make feedback to the market information,predict user needs in advance,and react in the shortest time,customize services at low prices as for mass production.Therefore,the traditional enterprise how to use the Internet,to integrate the Internet thinking and technology into the production and management process,to promote transformation and upgrading of enterprise is of great practical significance.This paper based on the traditional enterprise as the research object,demonstrated from three aspects of its organizational structure innovation,product innovation and marketing model innovation,The transformation of organizational structure includes the flattening and platform transformation of the organization,because the structure of the organization determines the operational efficiency of the enterprise,and the study of the transformation mode can give the theoretical and practical guidance and suggestions quickest on the transformation of the enterprise.The research on product innovation is researched from three aspects: user-driven,rapid iteration and cross-border product innovation.Because the consumer demand for product is the main driving force of enterprise development,the research on enterprise product transformation can provide enterprises with new ideas to improve the product,so that truly meet consumer demand and improve product competitiveness;product marketing as one of the core aspects of the enterprise,research on the innovation of traditional enterprise marketing model can provide ideas for the diversification of traditional enterprise marketing methods,this paper mainly discusses three kinds of marketing innovations,big data marketing,fan marketing and free marketing.This paper mainly uses the method of theoretical analysis and case analysis to provide the thinking and experience for the traditional enterprise transformation and upgrading with the help of the Internet thinking.
