A Study On The Influencing Factors Of Satisfaction Degree Of Grassland Ecological Protection Subsidy Incentive Mechanism

Grassland ecosystem is one of the largest ecological systems in China.It has many ecological functions.Its economic value is hundreds of millions.Grassland is the basis of our animal husbandry.It is also the cornerstone of our nomadic culture.Grassland provides a material basis for the development of our frontier.However,due to man-made over-intervention and global wanning,the deterioration of grassland ecological environment in China is serious,and the grassland has different degrees of degradation,desertification and salinization,which has seriously affected the production and living of the local people.Since the beginning of the 21st century,the state has gradually paid attention to the protection of the grassland ecological environment,and has implemented a number of grassland ecological management projects.In 2011,the Chinese government established and implemented the grassland ecological protection subsidy incentive mechanism in Inner Mongolia,Xinjiang,Tibet and other eight major grassland pastoral areas.The central government invested more than 100 million per year for grassland protection.This policy is not only further expanded in terms of coverage and capital investment,but also more comprehensive in specific governance measures.This thesis investigated the satisfaction degree of grassland ecological protection subsidy incentive mechanism in the Erdos city in 2016,and obtained 136 valid questionnaires.Based on this,the logistic model of the satisfaction factor of grassland ecological protection subsidy incentive mechanism is established.Through quantitative and qualitative analysis,it is concluded that the herdsmen' satisfaction degree of the grassland ecological protection subsidy incentive mechanism is in the general level.The factors that affect herdsmen' satisfaction with the grassland ecological protection subsidy are:the age of the herdsmen,the background of education,the distance from their home to the government,the amount of livestock,their own pasture area,the degree of degradation of the grassland,the degree of improvement of the expectation mechanism to the grassland,the degree of improvement of the expected mechanism for life,the reasonable degree of the grazing area/carrying capacity,the compensation standard to make up for the loss,the degree of compensation,the degree of compensation before the development of the system,the degree of timely payment of bonuses,bonuses paid by the amount of the required amount.This thesis analyzes the effect of each factor on the satisfaction of herdsmen,and puts forward some suggestions that how to improve the grassland ecological protection subsidy mechanism.
