Since 2000,Chinese agricultural science and technology has been developed by leaps and bounds,and made a lot of impressive achievements,which has made great contributions to China's agricultural grain production,rural incomes and rural economic development.However,with the development of Chinese agricultural science and technology at the same time,we also faced with many difficulties.The emergence of these problems also affected Chinese agricultural science and technology for promoting food production.Our party and state leaders attach great importance to agricultural production.China's Eighth Plenary Session proposed to vigorously promote the modernization of agriculture,and to accelerate the transformation of agricultural development and moderate the development of multi form.Therefore,the author will research from the following two aspects: from the macro perspective,since the beginning of 2012,China's “No 1 Central Document” and the advancement and implementation of other policies have strengthened the use of agricultural science and technology for increasing food production;from the micro perspective,through the training of new professional farmers,the scientific of family farms and the new normal of large-scale agriculture,the integration of various channels of training funds,the establishment of co-ordination arrangements,industry-driven training mechanism to promote food production.In 2015,Jingzhou annual total grain output arrived to 8.44 billion jin which increased 440 million jin,and achieved “twelve even increase”.During the “thirteenth Five” period,by the means of modern agricultural science and technology,it is hopeful that the total grain output in Jingzhou could increase from 8.44 billion jin to 10 billion jin,and looking forward to total grain output continues constantly grow in Jingzhou.Jingzhou City is sticking to the red line of cultivated land,carrying out the strategy that keep the grain form the land and by the technology to improve food production capacity.This thesis will research the agricultural science and technology on promoting the grain yield increase through six chapters.The first chapter discusses the purpose and the significance of the topic selection,and introduces the research status and development trend of the topic selection at home and abroad,and analyzes a brief review on the current situation and the development trend of the research.Chapter two introduces the relevant definitions and theoretical basis.Through these theories and data,the research researches on agricultural science and technology,and providing theoretical support to chapter five which puts forward the grain yield promotion through agricultural science and technology promote food production to provide.Chapter three will analyze on the mechanism of the impact of agricultural science and technology on grain yield production.First of all,has a basic understanding of the survey area profile.By the use of SPS to analyze the significant difference,and conclude that the factors that impacts the grain yield increase in Jingzhou City,and make it clear that the source of impacts the grain yield increase in Jingzhou City.The fourth chapter introduces the application of modern agricultural science and technology in food production status quo in Jingzhou City.According to the analysis of the survey data,demonstrates the impact of agricultural science and technology on grain production theoretically,and analyzes the problems existed.Chapter five analyzes the factors that have affected grain yield increase in Jingzhou City.This paper analyzes the influencing factors of food production in Jingzhou City,compares with the parallel grain area,and then analyzes the problems of grain production in Jingzhou City.The sixth chapter puts forward the countermeasures in allusion to the problems which have been carried out in the fourth and fifth chapters,and then sums up the full text,looks forward to the future.This thesis will demonstrate the possibilities by the use of modern agricultural science and technology to increase the total grain output from 84.4 billion jin to 10 billion jin in the “13th Five-Year Plan” period,and predict the total grain output will continuously grow in Jingzhou.The thesis will provide academic level can refer to the basis and technical means can be achieved for the sustainable development of grain in Jingzhou City and provide theoretical support for government agencies and decision-making advice for reference for the future sustainable production of grain for Jingzhou City.
