In line with the purpose of "people’s electricity industry for the people",electric power enterprises serve the production and life of the vast number of people,and have always played a very important role in the development process of society.However,we must also see that with the increasing opening of the domestic and international markets,the reform of state-owned enterprises is also deepening,and there are some problems in power enterprises that need to be solved urgently.Although H Power Supply Bureau has also established a relatively complete performance management system,there are still various problems in the implementation process,which cannot improve the operational level of enterprises through performance management,resulting in waste of resources and time.In this paper,taking the H Power Supply Bureau under inner Mongolia Electric Power Group as the research object,the current situation of performance management of the H Power Supply Bureau is analyzed by using case analysis method,literature research method and questionnaire survey method,find out the problems of staff performance management in H Power Supply Bureau.In view of the incomplete performance indicators of middle-level managers in the performance plan,the general employee performance indicators can not fully evaluate the performance of employees,the performance monitoring and counseling in the single way of performance monitoring,the performance coaching can not effectively solve the problem,the performance appraisal results are not objective and there is a tendency to be centered,the assessment subject is single and the performance appraisal related training is insufficient,Performance feedback is not smooth,the assessment results are not fully utilized,etc.,combined with the performance management objectives and related factors of H Power Supply Bureau,From the four links of performance management,it helps H Power Supply Bureau to make scientific and reasonable improvements to the performance management system,so that the relevant programs are more in line with the needs of enterprises.This paper sets up corresponding safeguards for the smooth implementation of performance management programs to ensure that they can play an effective role,and it is hoped that this paper can provide certain research ideas for the optimization of performance management of other enterprises.
