The fundamental purpose of power enterprises is to provide users with safe,economic,reliable,high-quality electrical energy,in order to ensure the power supply can fully meet the needs of economic and social development,grid companies continue to strengthen the planning and construction of distribution network investment and operation and maintenance.As one of the most important parts of the power system,the distribution network shoulders the mission of connecting the power consumers and the superordinate power.The importance attached to the distribution network will directly affect the progress and development of the society and the enterprise.As the importance of the distribution network becomes more and more prominent,the intensity of the investment increases year by year.However,the reliability of power supply network and the benefit of grid investment are different at different stages of development.Rule,the reliability of different power supply region to enhance the strategy to enhance the degree of different.With the improvement of reliability,further increase the reliability of the marginal cost will be higher and higher,while the user's power loss will be reduced,the social benefits will increase.It can be seen that there is a non-linear relationship between the reliability of power supply investment and the reliability of power supply reliability and reliability of power supply efficiency is sometimes contradictory.Therefore,under the background of slowing economic growth and limited investment and operation ability of power grid companies,in order to meet the new situation of increasing reliability requirements,power grid enterprises need to try to solve reliability investment efficiency problems,optimize Investment,improve the reliability of the unit capital investment efficiency.In order to solve the above problems,this paper mainly focuses on the research of distribution network in Fujian Province.Firstly,the reasons of power failure are classified,and the reason of failure and the fault equipment are classified.Analogy analysis and grey correlation analysis are carried out to establish the logic of power supply reliability and reliability index.Corresponding relationship,looking for distribution network reliability improvement measures.Secondly,this paper divides the power supply region of Fujian province,and then puts forward the investment focus of various power supply regions on the basis of analyzing the current situation and characteristics of the reliability investment in Fujian Province,and puts forward a way to use the mathematical model to predict the reliability,The least squares support vector machine theory is introduced to establish the quantitative relationship model between the reliability investment and the power supply reliability index considering the regional difference of power supply.Based on the model,the relationship between the investment and reliability of the distribution network is studied relationship.Then,this paper explores the basic principles of cost-benefit analysis for distribution network reliability.Considering the influence of regional differentiation on the reliability of the power supply reliability of the distribution network,the traditional production-electricity ratio model is improved.Classification Reliability Model of Customer Reliability.Finally,this paper selects the relevant historical data of Fujian Province from 2011 to 2015 and uses the LSSVM model to predict the reliability index and the lack of electricity supply of Fujian Province in 2016 and in the thirteenth Five-Year Plan period.It is concluded,and then use the improved power generation ratio model to calculate the reliability investment benefit,and analyze the reliability investment effect of various power supply regions,and analyze the sensitivity of investment efficiency of different power supply regions.Comparison,for the next step to provide a theoretical basis for planning and decision support.
