In recent years,The number of the Chinese infrastructure investment is increasing.The project team as the source of the development of enterprise,It not only brings great benefits,but also provides a huge space in the development of construction enterprises.But the business organizations internal management is the key to determining its own profitability and operational conditions.This paper introduces the concept of behavioral integration of enterprise executives,and uses behavior process perspective to judge the cooperation,communication and contradiction in construction project team.It can test overall cooperative behavior of the team under the effective management mode,and indirectly reflect the construction project team management level.The concept of behavioral integration is a holistic variable and is used to describe the degree of interaction and cooperation between members.This article takes the lead in introducing the concept into the construction project team.By drawing the idea of enterprise executives' behavioral integration measurement,this paper takes the lead in introducing the concept into the construction project team.We used the structural equation model to establish the second-order measurement model of cross-sectional cooperation,conflict resolution and information exchange.By using the sample data to test the validity of the second-order measurement model.According to the comparison of the second-order model and the independent model.It is shown that the second-order model is better than the independent model,and it can reasonably and reliably measure the overall atmosphere of the project management team and help to construct the empirical research on the construction project team.After solving the problem of the key construction project team behavioral integration,this paper focuses on the influence of the manager's leadership style on the team's overall cooperative behavior.The empirical analysis shows that transformational leadership and transactional leadership have a positive impact on the building team's behavioral integration.Then,we use the linear regression model and the structural equation model to analysis the group's social capital and organizational justice as the clustering perception variables and the sense of fair perception atmosphere,which discuss the regulatory effect between leadership style and team behavioral integration.The results show that organizational justice between the leadership style and team behavioral integration exists positive adjustment effect,and organizational fair perception is no regulatory role.This paper focuses on the concept of behavioral integration of project team behavior,which is an important theoretical and practical significance for the expansion and extension of the concept of enterprise executive team behavioral integration and traditional construction project management.
