Research On Countermeasure And Social Network Analysis Of Economically Affordable Housing Project

In recent years,in order to deal with the real estate market situation,in the policy and financial support,the state has increased the construction intensity of indemnificatory residential projects,as an important way to solve the livelihood of the people and means.Large scale implementation of affordable housing projects,in the amount of growth in the same time,quality problems continue to emerge.Since the construction of affordable housing projects,the provinces and cities of affordable housing continue to appear a external wall leakage,wall cracking,floor leakage,substandard concrete iron and other quality problems.Construction of housing projects involves a number of participating units,including the government,construction unit,construction general contracting unit,investigation design unit,construction control unit,and academic institutes,etc.These units involved in the construction of housing project quality plays a respective roles.The comfortable housing Project is a systematic project,whose quality is closely related to the national economic development and people's life.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of housing projects,to find out the causes of quality problems,and put forward measures to prevent and control the quality of common problems,to improve the quality of housing projects is of great significance.This paper draws lessons from the theory of social network analysis,the research results of construction project quality management theory.Firstly,the content of the network of the quality of housing project participating units is defined,and the relationship strength measurement index is selected,and the weight of the relationship is determined by using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP).Secondly,It takes the case of housing projects in various areas as the research situation,through the questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews.According to the individual network characteristics,explores the running mechanism of the project quality of the housing project.At the same time,it puts forward the research hypothesis that the quality of the housing project participates in the behavior deviation of the unit,and tests the influence degree of the behavior deviation on the quality of the housing project.Finally,according to the influence degree of each unit's behavior deviation on the quality,this part analyzes the causes of the common quality problems,and puts forward the suggestions to improve the quality of housing projects.
