With the rapid development of Internet technology and communication technology,the power generation enterprises are making progress and changes in the information technology and control technology.But the decentralized control system,field bus system and a variety of office,production management decision-making system can not be transpassing the data interoperability,which leads to the isolated island of information.The emergence of the plant-level monitoring information system(hereinafter referred to as SIS)solves this problem.Through the post-evaluation study of completed projects,other thermal power plants can use this research to implement the SIS project to ensure the project quality and improve the project success rate.Compared with other industries after the project evaluation work,power generation enterprise information project post-evaluation work stays in the initial stage.Power supply enterprise information project research ca n be used as a reference,on this basis,it is top priority to build a suitable power generation enterprise information project implementation effect evaluation model.This paper expounds the background and significance of the topic,discusse s the current situation of post-evaluation research at home and abroad,and introduces the related concepts and methods of post-evaluation theory.The following is a brief introduction to the SIS system project of Guodian Quanzhou Thermal Power Co.,Ltd.,compares the "China Guodian Group Project Post-evaluation Guide" and "Central Enterprise Fixed Assets Investment Project Post-evaluation Work Guide",and based on the project's actual situation,combined with the views of users and experts,the relevant evaluation indicators were adjusted to build the project evaluation index system.In this paper,after the project post-evaluation analysis,the post-project evaluation index system based on AHP is adopted to determine the corresponding index weight,and the final score of the project is calculated by the project success method.The result of the rating is A,indicating that the project is successful.The research of this paper shows that reasonable and effective post-evaluation analysis of the plant-level monitoring information system project of the power generation enterprise can provide a more comprehensive support for the decision-making of the power generation enterprise manager and the information system construction project has a positive effect on the quality and efficiency of power generation enterprises.Through the analysis of this paper,we hope to provide some experience for the construction and application of the plant-level monitoring information system project of power generation enterprises.
