In the information age,if the enterprise wants to maintain the competitive advantage,it is necessary to keep the overall control of the information,keep constantly developing and innovating.Faced with a huge of network information,a leader is often unable to find out all the problems.Knowledge employees,as the most important intellectual resources,are the source of enterprise innovation and development.It is particularly important to make them actively voice for the enterprise development.The object of the study is the knowledge employees that born after 1985.Because they are the ones that are the most characteristic of the times,the most innovative,the most sensitive to the change of the information.Based on the previous research and reference on voice behavior,the study will take the empowering leadership as independent variable,take the "after 85 " knowledge employees' voice behavior as the dependent variable,take the employees'self-efficacy as intermediary variable,and discuss the relationship of the three.Based on the maturity scale in the past,a total of 227 valid questionnaires were collected.SPSS21.0 and AMOS22.0 software were used to verify the reliability and validity of the questionnaire.The results show that,empowering leadership behavior has a significant positive impact on the "after 85" knowledge employees,voice behavior.The general self-efficacy plays a positive role in promoting the "after 85" knowledge employees' voice behavior,at the same time,self-efficacy take part of the intermediary to empowering leadership behavior and "after 85" knowledge employees' voice behavior.
