With the rise of the global information age,the negative news of enterprises can be quickly transmitted to other stakeholders through the Internet and other channels.Under the severe social challenge,leaders need to enhance the credibility of enterprises based on macro-strategy and listen to the interests of stakeholders inside and outside the enterprise.Under the severe social challenge,it is more and more obvious that leaders need to have a sense of responsibility,thus responsible leadership style emerged as the times require in academia.A lot of research shows that,in an organization,the work attitude and behavior of leaders have a subtle influence on the work status of employees,and leaders can also easily become a typical object of observation and imitation.Some scholars have found that,responsible leadership is conducive to reducing the negative behavior that undermines the development of the organization,such as employees’ anti production behavior,etc.,and to stimulating the positive behavior of subordinates in the organization,such as employees’ innovation behavior,etc.This paper continues this research direction,combined with the current situation that the organization generally advocates employee voice system,encourages employees to be brave in expressing suggestions or opinions that are beneficial to the development of the organization,and introduces employee voice behavior as the outcome variable of responsible leadership,and combining individual perception and cognitive perspective,respectively introduces employee’s felt obligation as mediating variable and self-efficacy as moderating variable,and deeply explores internal mechanism of action of responsible leadership to "post-90s" knowledge workers’ voice behavior.Talents are the most critical strategic resources and important guarantee for enterprises.The 21 st century is an era full of opportunities,hopes,risks and challenges.The essence of competition in which enterprises participate is the competition of talents.The "post-90s" knowledge workers will become the backbone of the talent reserve team in the several tens of years.As the fresh blood in the enterprise,and the "post-90s" are the generation with the highest average education level in China,they have the creativity and potential to arm themselves with knowledge,which is particularly important in the information age dominated by knowledge economy.In addition,the "post-90s" knowledge-based employees were born under the background of a distinctive era brand.Their theoretical knowledge and business skills are all in the forefront of the new era.How to export their new ideas and create greater value for enterprises is an urgent issue for enterprise management practitioners.Therefore,combined with the characteristics of the background of the times,this paper aims at the "post-90s" knowledge employees in the organization,grasps the guidance and psychological characteristics of the group’s voice behavior,and probes into the internal mechanism of responsible leadership on the advice behavior of "post-90s" knowledge-based employees.By systematically sorting out and reviewing the relevant literature in recent years,this paper summarizes the existing research results of all research variables and research objects(responsible leadership,employee’s voice behavior,employee’s felt obligation,self-efficacy and “post-90s” knowledge employees),further proposes research hypothesis,constructs theoretical model,and uses SPSS25.0 and AMOS21.0 software to analyze the questionnaire data of 587 employees,the following conclusions can be drawn:(1)Responsible leadership has a significant positive impact on “post-90s” knowledge workers’ promotive voice behavior;(2)Responsible leadership has a significant positive impact on “post-90s” knowledge workers’ prohibitive voice behavior;(3)Employee’s felt obligation plays a mediating role between responsible leadership and “post-90s” knowledge workers’ prohibitive voice behavior;(4)Employee’s felt obligation plays a mediating role between responsible leadership and “post-90s” knowledge workers’ promotive voice behavior,which has not been verified;(5)Self-efficacy positively regulates the influence of responsible leadership and “post-90s” knowledge workers’ voice behavior,that is,the higher the self-efficacy of employees,the more responsible leadership promotes their voice behavior;(6)Self-efficacy regulates the mediating role of employee’s felt obligation.This paper expands the relevant concepts and theories of responsible leadership,carries out an empirical study of responsible leadership,and provides a new perspective for future research.Under the traditional cultural background of being brave and responsible,which is generally advocated by our society,the research on the influence mechanism of responsible leadership is still at the preliminary stage of exploration.Starting from the psychological state of employees,this paper analyses the influence of responsible leadership on voice behavior of “post-90s” knowledge workers,so as to enrich the relevant research of responsible leadership in the context of Chinese organizational management.Finally,according to the conclusion of the study,this paper puts forward management suggestions on how to recruit,promote and train leaders,and how to stimulate voice behavior of "post-90s" knowledge workers,in order to provide a reference angle for the human resource management practice of the organization.
