Due to the importance of the vioce behavior to the competition and development of the organization,this paper mainly studies the mechanism of the influence of the empowering leadership on the behavior of the proposed language.The purpose is to explore which variables are used by empowering leaders to influence the voice behavior and what effect it has.Based on this,this paper breaks through the limitations of previous intermediary research by combing relevant literatures.Based on the negative influence of empowering leadership,the role pressure is used as a mediator to explore the influence of empowering leaders on the behavior of the proposed language.Traits were included as variables in the study,and a regulated intermediary research model was constructed.The model relationship is explained through social exchange theory,role pressure theory and conservation of resource theory.In the empirical part,this paper firstly sorts and translates the mature scales in domestic and foreign literatures to form a questionnaire with 52 items,and collects 365 valid questionnaires through online survey.Next,the statistical software SPSS20.0 and AMOS were used to analyze the reliability and consistency of the questionnaire data to test the stability and consistency of the data.To further determine the correlation between the variables,the study conducted an independent sample T test on the data.One-way analysis of variance and correlation analysis.Finally,the model hypothesis was verified by hierarchical regression analysis.The research results show that there is a U-shaped relationship between the empowering leadership and the proficiency behavior.the role pressure plays a mediating role,and the active personality plays a regulatory role.Specifically,there is a turning point in the relationship between empowering leadership and voice behavior.starting with unauthorised behavior.As the degree of authorization increases,the individual will exert more and more role pressure due to the increase of the degree of imperfect authorization.In addition,the behavior of the suggestion is suppressed,and when the degree of authorization exceeds the turning point,as the degree of authorization increases,the degree of authorization will not decrease and the pressure of the role will be reduced,thereby promoting individual suggestions.In addition,for individuals with higher active personality,the U-shaped relationship between authorized leadership and the voice behavior is weakened.
