Innovation sources are growing increasingly virtualized,decentralized and popular in the Internet age.Enterprises to enjoy the advantages of open innovation model at the same time,they must also respond to the dynamic changes in the complex environment.So how to identify valuable innovation sources has become a significant subject of innovation management.Open innovation community is an important place to generate ideas,and it is also an effective way for enterprises to obtain internal and external sources of innovation.Therefore,this paper focuses on the idea value recognition in open innovation community under the condition of decentralized innovation sources,to explore factors on this type of innovation source that adopted by enterprises.Especially,studies on influencing factors those affect the applicable value of idea from its information characteristics,emotion characteristics and contributor characteristics,so as to provide theoretical bases and methods for enterprises to quickly and efficiently find valuable ideas in the open innovation community.Firstly,we used the visual literature analysis method to comb the researches of innovation source and open innovation community in the domestic and international literatures,on this basis put forward the corresponding concept definition.Secondly,by data mining method,a total of 120,293 ideas were collected in mystarbucksidea.force.com from April 24th to April 27th in 2016,and to research of which 1610 are well-defined applicable value by establishing the binary logistic regression model.Finally,the same methods were used to verify the impact of idea characteristics on the applicable value of idea in another industry's open innovation community.The results show that:(1)the popularity of idea,the complexity of idea's title,the complexity of idea's content,the subjectivity of idea's text,the active degree of user engagement,the previous experience of user and the reputation of user all significantly influence the applicable value of idea.(2)The negativity of idea's text doesn't affect the applicable value of idea.(3)Due to the characteristics of the industry,there are different impacts on the applicable value of idea in different industries' open innovation community about the complexity of the idea's title and content.Based on empirical research,we put forward the inspirations of ideas management in open innovation community.
