The Study On The Land Circulation In The Rural Areas Of Hengshui City

The Third Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee proposed to promote the effective transfer of rural land,to achieve large-scale land resources,intensive use of new urbanization of great significance.The smooth development of urbanization is also a symbol of China's economic.At the same time,it is also helpful to carry out the planning of land rationality in order to promote the development of agriculture and solve the problem of "agriculture,countryside and farmers" effectively.This paper mainly studies the problems in the process of rural land circulation in Hengshui City.The purpose is to discuss the countermeasures to promote the effective transfer of rural land contract management right in Hengshui City by studying the present situation of rural land contract management right in Hengshui City,so as to realize Hengshui City of rural land scale management and efficient land use.Through the combination of theoretical analysis and field survey and interview,the domestic and foreign rural land circulation literature analysis,comparative analysis and other methods,in the discussion of national and provincial legal policy,based on field investigation and combined with agricultural census data analysis and comprehensive,the paper analyzes the current situation and problems of rural land circulation in Hengshui from two aspects of time and space.This paper analyzes the present situation and problems of rural land circulation in Hengshui City from the aspects of investigation and demonstration,and analyzes the status quo and problems of rural land circulation in Hengshui City through the field investigation and the analysis of agricultural census data.Based on the investigation and analysis,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of rural land circulation in Hengshui City through the investigation of rural land circulation in Hengshui City.This paperanalyzes the influencing factors of rural farmers' willingness to transfer land in Hengshui City from the perspective of empirical analysis,and finds out the influencing factors that affect the willingness of rural land circulation in Hengshui City.Finally,according to the current situation of rural land circulation in Hengshui City and the factors influencing the willingness of farmers' land transfer,the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the orderly circulation of rural land in Hengshui City.
