Although China is an agricultural country, as foundation of China economy,agriculture hasn't showed its importance. In order to adapt to the new situation of China's changing rural labor force structure and the development of modern agriculture. The No.One national document of 2012 has suggested that “To cultivate more new vocational farmers ". The shortage of updated agricultural successor is the defect in China, " Who is going to do the farming? ", " How do they farm?” These are the crucial issues of agricultural developing. Cultivating more “NEW” farmers, help to consolidate the foundation, ensure food security, balance the needs and supply of grains.During Guangdong's modernization, the rural areas must keep their paces with the cities,By improving themselves as the whole society do. To construct an all-sided well-off society,the key is to fix the defects. Seeing on the industrial level, Guangdong needs to improve agriculture. Due to the fact that farmers are “aging, low-capacity, non-vocational”, they can hardly take the leading responsibility in Guangdong's development of agriculture.Therefore, the process of developing modern agriculture for Guangdong is pretty tough. So we have to improve the quality of farmers, to train the new farmers who are educated,skillful and business-available. Considering the practical situation of Guangdong, the strategy of new farmer training has both theoretical and practical meaning to constructing a well-off society, and characteristic agricultural improvement. This essay is to define the training of new farmer, analysis the situation of China's new farmer training, references of worldwide training experiences, summarize and give the advices for the strategy.
