Agricultural cultural heritage is the continuation of the traditional Chinese farming culture and its heritage resources characteristics attracted a large number of tourists.And the community as an important part of tourism destination stakeholders,plays an important role in the development of the tourism destination.Therefore,understanding the status of community residents’ participation in tourism development is one of the important premise of sustainable development.However,the existing research on the agricultural cultural heritage to participate in tourism development is not involved,therefore explore the heritage site residents how to better participate in tourism,the government how to drive the guide residents to participate in,has become the important subject to be solved at present.On the basis of literature review,the paper systematically combs the theoretical research results of agricultural cultural heritage sites and community residents’participation in tourism development both at home and abroad,On the basis of literature research,It is determined that the local residents in the Ziquejie Scenic spots can participate in the tourism development from the aspects of age composition,educational level,annual income,participation content and so on.Under the guidance of the theoretical basis of community residents ’participation in tourism development,the role of community residents in tourism development,and the influencing factors of community residents’ participation in tourism development,the residents of the scenic spot of Xinhua Ziquejie Terraced Field,which is an agricultural cultural heritage site,After the expert opinion and pre-investigation,the questionnaire was optimized and refined,and finally 15 measurement indexes were obtained.This paper analyzes the survey results of residents in the agricultural cultural heritage sites of Ziquejie sector in the tourism development,From the impact of demographic characteristics on residents’ participation,the impact of community internal environment on residents’ participation,and the impact of economic factors on residents’ participation.Combined with questionnaires and interviews,the use of excel and spss20.0 software for statistical analysis of data,Summed up the Ziquejie agricultural cultural heritage residents to participate in tourism developent will be large,low participation of the overall characteristics,And there are the following problems:One,participate in tourism development of the people living in the low level of education;Second,the relevant government departments of the organization is not enough,resulting in the lack of residents to participate in the channel;Three,Community management training is not enough,a direct impact on the residents for the development of tourism understanding and participation;Four,the proportion of employment in the tourism industry is very low,making residents more inclined to migrant workers,the loss of talent and labor.According to the survey results show that the residents themselves,the internal environment of the community and the external economic environment for residents to participate in behavior have a significant impact,On the basis of this,the following suggestions are put forward for tourism development of inhabitants,government and Community committees in the future:One,Raising the level of service skills and education of the population;Two,Establish a sound mechanism for residents to participate in tourism development system;Three,To give full play to the role of community neighborhood committees and to increase investment and guide from the economic development,infrastructure construction,community cultural spirit construction and so on.
