The Countermeasures Study On The Agriculture Industry Development In Heshan District,Yiyang

In the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,From the strategic and overall situation,it promoted that We should better balance urban and rural development,boost rural development,work to narrow the gap between urban and rural areas,and promote their common prosperity.We should work harder to build new rural areas,carry out programs of poverty alleviation through development and fully improve rural working and living conditions.We should ensure sustained and fast growth of rural income.At present,with the further development of modern agriculture,vigorously promote agricultural industrialization is the fundamental way to promote agricultural and rural economic reform and sustainable development,and promote farmers to get rich.In the background of that China make great efforts to develop the rural economy and society,this paper selects the development of agricultural industrialization in Heshan District of Yiyang city as the research object.Through consulting literature materials,in-depth field survey and using comprehensive analysis methods,this paper describes the basic theory of the development of agricultural industrialization,combing and summary of domestic and international research progress and development trend of agricultural industrialization.At the same time,this paper analyzes the current situation of the development of agricultural industry in Heshan District of Yiyang City,objectively put forward some problems existing in the development of agricultural industrialization of Yiyang Heshan district.The main problems that faced with Heshan District include that the leading enterprises is not strong enough to play the role of agricultural cooperatives;lack of agricultural science and technology innovation;rural land circulation system is not perfect;the lack of financial support system;agricultural infrastructure.At last,this paper draw on the successful experience of agricultural industrialization development at home and abroad,puts forward some countermeasures for developing the agricultural industry Heshan District of Yiyang city:The first is to support the leading enterprises,to strengthen the ability of agricultural industrialization;Secondly is to actively develop agricultural economic cooperation organizations,improve the degree of organization;Third is to strengthen the construction of agricultural science and technology team,and constantly improve the agricultural social service system;Fourth is to accelerate the transfer of land,laying the foundation for scale management;Fifth is to strengthen financial support,to broaden the financing channels of agricultural enterprises;Sixth is to strengthen the construction of agricultural infrastructure,improve agricultural comprehensive production capacity.This paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the six aspects of development of agricultural industrialization in Heshan District of Yiyang City,in order to promote the agricultural industry of Yiyang Heshan District of steady development to provide guidance and reference.
