Research On Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Large Rice Planters In Yiyang City Based On Economic Perspective

Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,China's agricultural development has made remarkable achievements.It has not only accumulated wealth to drive the country's industrialization and modernization,but also contributed to the reform and development and social stability.Looking at the matter today,the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the strategy of rejuvenating the countryside.This is a great and arduous task and is the most important task of the whole party.At present,China's economy has entered the middle and low-speed development,and the development of agriculture is also facing a transition.Large planters also face a series of challenges.In order to keep up with the pace of the times and better implement the strategy of rural revitalization,we must start with the research and reform of one of the major new agricultural management entities.The greatest advantage of planting big households compared to the average fanner household is that their pursuit of farmland is mechanized and scientific,they can form good economies of scale,and can further increase crop yields.Therefore,this paper has a very important practical significance by grasping the current development status of large rice planters and proposing corresponding countermeasures for the problems that appear.This study will use rice cultivation in Hushan District of Yiyang City as the research object,collect first-hand data through field research,grasp the status quo of rice cultivation in this area,and explore the impact of large rice cultivation;at the same time,further comparative analysis of rice cultivation will be conducted.At the same time,it will further analyze the costs and benefits of large-scale rice cultivation,evaluate and analyze the problems faced by large-scale rice cultivation in the current region,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the development of large-scale rice cultivation in Yiyang City,eventually providing stability and new development a scientific basis.The main research results are as follows:(1)The current age structure allocation of large rice cultivation households is relatively reasonable,although the education level is not high,but the enthusiasm for the pursuit of modern facilities and scientific planting technology is rising.Facing the strong development momentum of big households,there is still room for improvement in infrastructure and socialized services.The government is urgently needed to take necessary measures to promote the improvement of infrastructure and the improvement of socialized services;(2)At present,there are abundant ways to transfer land in Heshan District,and the term of lease and agreement also tends to be stable.However,this does not mean that the flow of land has stopped and the relevant legal system and supervision mechanism must be established;(3)The shortage of labor force and professional and technical personnel has constrained the further development of large rice planters,expanded the scope of agricultural training,and developed a vocational and technical training system.Training new farmers will be a good solution;(4)Obstacles to funding are the most important issue faced by the large rice planters in the city.Financial loans,insurance,subsidies,and other forms of funding are temporarily unable to meet the needs of large growers in such rapid development of technology and the development of the times.The construction of a new type of rural financial institution and the standardization of the agricultural insurance system and the claims adjustment system will prompt the large rice planters to release new vitality.This will be an effective measure to promote the healthy development of large rice farmers.
