With the rapid development of China's city construction,city expanding,road congestion and environmental pollution problems have become increasingly prominent,the city rail transportation for its environmental protection,safety,convenient transportation,strong ability,high comfort,more and more people highly praised and popular,more and more city into the Metro times fall over each other the subway industry,has been formed.As the operation of metro line production units,the crew center function is responsible for electric bus driver,truck driving,driver dispatching,yard scheduling and construction work,mainly including electric bus driver,truck driver,signal building attendant and yard dispatcher four workers A crew center staff as the core strength of subway company daily operation safety,is the subway company economic benefits the most direct participants,their business skills and comprehensive quality directly affects the enterprise's operation safety,economic benefit and corporate image,however,along with the new enterprise increasing,professional talent shortage increasingly highlight the maturity of the industry talent supply is far less than the demand,the existing enterprise turnover number increased year by year,internal operation line amplification,skill level,management level and job requirements in a certain gap,there is a serious lag of the construction personnel,the urgent need to perfect Employee training management system to mature as soon as possible.With the progress of science and technology and raise the level of automation,equipment and operation mode is constantly updated,on the staff of the business level,learning requirements more and more high ability and occupation accomplishment,employee training management is faced with hitherto unknown pressure and challenges under the new situation,the original training exposed many problems,the enthusiasm of employees to participate in training is not high,lack of motivation,a lot of enterprise training form,between the level of human capital and enterprise development requirements of the contradictions appear more and more,the enterprise managers especially the human resource related departments should thoroughly Analysis of problems facing the continuous training of management innovation,to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.In addition,rail transportation enterprise staff has a younger,characteristic of the high level of education,its active thinking,strong thirst for knowledge,outstanding personality,on the promotion and salary income sensitive,and has obvious liquidity preference,employee development desire more intense,therefore,how to cultivate a meet the needs of the enterprise,high professional quality,strong comprehensive ability and professional personnel,and improve employee satisfaction and loyalty of the business,has become the most important issue in many city rail transportation enterprises facing,the establishment of training system is not only the reality of the existence of rail transit enterprises,but also the inevitable requirement of its long-term development.Based on the theory of enterprise training,this paper analyzes the problems and challenges of the training system of A-subway company'screw center,and then analyzes the current situation of the training system of A-subway company.Based on the system model,the construction scheme of the training center training system of A subway company is put forward,which elaborates from four aspects: training demand analysis,training project and plan formulation,training implementation and training effect evaluation.The main research methods adopted in this paper are interview method,questionnaire survey method and so on.
