The development of the enterprise should be driven by talent.The competitiveness of the enterprise depends on the diathesis of the staff.The educational training is an important means to improve the diathesis of the staff and to implement talent development.Effective staff training contributes to improve the "hematopoietic function" of the enterprise,which in turn to enhance the vitality and sustainable development of enterprise and ensure the core competitiveness of the enterprise,while effective training depends on the trainer' s satisfaction degree.Existing literatures on training and staff satisfaction are mainly focused on improving staff comprehensive quality such as knowledge,skills and atitudes and so on,which can satisfy the career development,the needs of solf-real ization and sense of belonging which in turns of improving the satisfaction degree of staff and achieving organizational goals.Either the training organization period or transformation and application period of training achievement,the staff will compare actual feelings with expected value to confirm the satisfaction to evaluate the training participated.This shows that the training with high satisfaction degree should be our goal.To build a training system with high satisfaction degree is an inevitable choice of the enterprise to improve the training effect and realize the training objectives.The training center of HG Company(a large shipping company)is a crew training center in Southern China,which is responsible for crew training in this area.From the current state of crew training in HG Company,the training center has some problems,for example,the training pertinence is not strong,the effectiveness is not enough and the service level is not satisfactory.In order to improve the company' s training work,this paper based on relevant theories of enterprise training and satisfaction degree of the staff,by means of questionnaire and individual interview,explains the difference between the present situations and expected value of the crew training.There are three main problems:At first,The trainers are lack of professional quality.The second,The organization and implementation work of crew education training is not standard.The third,The investment and construction for crew training is insufficient.Then,the paper,based on the theory of crew's satisfaction degree,proposes to optimize organization,to analyze the crew training requirements,to design popular training courses,to pay special attention to the training of teaching process,to optimize the evaluation system etc.,so as to build up a satisfying training system.This paper adopts the literature reading method.It reviews the research results of the training work carried out by the training center,which lays a theoretical research foundation of this paper.The author carries out interview to staff and trained crew,adopts the observation method to observe the representative training programs,attends a lecture,feeds back training effect and learns evaluation link to make great effort to conduct the Omni-directional understanding and analysis of the entire training process,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to the existing problems of the crew training system based on the satisfaction degree of crew training.This paper combines theory with individual case,analysis research,in order to provide a beneficial reference for enterprise staff training and team construction,which can serve as a trigger and help to the construction and management of the training system of other domestic enterprise' s training center.
