Since twenty-first Century,the high-tech industry is booming.Human capital has become the core competitiveness of the new era.Therefore,how to retain and maximize the core talents is a matter for every high-tech company to consider and study.Only by solving this problem,can the company have a more stable and long-term development so as to improve the competitiveness of the company in the market.At present,improving the incentive system is the best way to retain talents.Y is a fast growing high-tech listed company dedicated to the R & D and production of industrial automation equipment and test equipment.In recent years,Y company is in a period of rapid development.However,because of the imperfect corporate culture and management system,the core career of the company,that is,the project manager has reached a high loss rate of 20%.Project manager represents the delivery time and quality standard of customers,and its high turnover rate seriously affects the company's business performance and management performance.In order to thoroughly study the problem and put forward a feasible solution to the case,this article,on the basis of consulting the literature,tries to combine Herzberg's dual factor theory with the status of the project manager of Y company.After understanding the background,the general situation of the project manager and the current incentive system,the author tries to find out the current situation of the Y company through a questionnaire survey.In the end,based on the actual needs of the project manager and the theories of all parties,the paper puts forward a series of methods: propose the open and transparent management style,establish a long effective equity incentive system,optimize the working environment and conditions,create specific path of professional development,optimize and upgrade training methods and contents,establish regular investigation of employee satisfaction mechanism,which finally reduced the turnover rate of Y company project manager and promoted the common development of both the company and the individual.
