In the wave of economic globalization,China's enterprises are becoming more and more competitive,and the contribution to the world is constantly strengthened.However,the current downward pressure on the domestic economy,the economic development into the new normal,China's aging significantly strengthened,moderate labor bonus is gradually disappear,the talent is to become the lifeline of the enterprise.As the domestic existence of most of the small and medium-sized modern enterprise competition is fierce.An enterprise of existing human resources make full use of,related to business success or failure,therefore almost all enterprises are in the actual operation process constantly improve their own performance management system and performance management system,so that the human resources management into realistic productivity of enterprise development.So this paper combines the specific W company,a special chain supermarket as an example,combined with modern human resource management,performance appraisal method,analysis of specific performance appraisal system,in order to achieve the promotion of the competitiveness of W company.Performance appraisal is a business management an effective way and method to achieve employees in the actual production and operation of the process achieve to play their own potential and self value realization,the quality of the performance appraisal system can be fully mobilize the staff's initiative and product polarity,play the role of the master spirit,make employee value and the realization of the enterprise strategic target realization of organic unifies in together.At the same time in the process of performance appraisal in the actual operation of the problem,make up for the defects of the system,boost the development of enterprises.W company is a supermarket chain in Luoyang,with the general characteristics of the current social sales company.Therefore the performance appraisal system and the appraisal system of this kind of enterprise also represent the performance appraisal characteristic of a kind of small and medium-sized enterprises to a certain extent.Through a lot of reading performance evaluation methods and the case and related literature on the basis,method of effective screening,the final optimization performance index optimization scheme,the performance appraisal problems of W company internal practice and research performance appraisal principles,design performance evaluation optimization ideas and finally puts forward a design scheme,does not guarantee scheme can be implemented in the enterprise,relevant safeguard measures were proposed.The main contents of the study are as follows:...
