Twenty-first Century is the era of knowledge explosion.Human resource is the first resource in contemporary economy and also the important implementation of knowledge economy.The effective functioning of the enterprise is the core content of human resources management and evaluation.Improve the quality of staff and work enthusiasm,is the fundamental purpose of performance appraisal.This article attempts through in-depth understanding of the status of performance appraisal for LN,try to find out which can improve the local,propose solutions,to contribute to the improvement of the enterprise performance appraisal system,also for other similar enterprises to provide corresponding reference.Performance appraisal system is an effective component of the corporate culture,its effectiveness can improve the enthusiasm of the staff,so that enterprises in the market to maintain a strong wave of competitiveness.In this paper,the key performance evaluation index design is the need to solve the difficult problem is also the focus of the performance appraisal index.In practice,enterprises must maintain the relative stability of the performance appraisal and dynamic,with the changes of the changes in the environment,and objectives of the organization,the enterprise shall keep on the amendment of the parameters related to performance appraisal and close to the assessment of the actual.For LN,the company is a private manufacturing enterprises,because products are closely related to people in real life,even in finishing economic environment is not good,the company's business remained rapid growth,brings along with it is that the corporate sector is increasing rapidly,rapid expansion of personnel,enterprise management with the pace of development,enterprise performance evaluation system is relatively backward.To solve these problems related to the further development of enterprises,how to better optimize the performance appraisal system,is a major issue facing us.Aiming at the above problems,this paper discusses possible from various aspects,to LN company from reality,in-depth understanding of the status of performance appraisal,and puts forward the optimization scheme of LN company's performance appraisal.
