In our socialist country,corporate social responsibility within the enterprise is widespread,since the last century 50 s business schools,kindergartens,barber shops,a housing,social services,etc.Along with the social economic transformation,social enterprise,and then the content of the corporate responsibility also change.Over and then,the corporate social responsibility has been widely accepted.And the study of corporate social responsibility from its definition,connotation,began to transition to fulfill social responsibility have what meaning,how to fulfill social responsibility,etc.With the rapid development of economic globalization,market competition is more and more intense and deep to find development.In this context,to improve and maintain lasting competitiveness and sustainable development problems become the focus of enterprise management field.Along with the rapid development of modern information facilities,the enterprise capital scale,such as product/service advantage has been weakened,to be creative concept,talent,technology,brand innovation,replaced intangible advantages such as social responsibility.This spirit of intangible advantages can produce productivity into the material advantages,enhance the social image of the enterprise from the inside to improve talents' working enthusiasm,make positive influence on the production and business operation,add powerful continuously for the enterprise development momentum.From the survey of the Corporate Social Responsibility Of Henan Province,The enterprise of henan province have been attention to corporate social responsibility and put into practical activities,but it's still in infancy.Based on this,the research of the relationship between corporate social responsibility and enterprise competitiveness of henan province,discussesing the current form of enterprise's social responsibility.This research shows that how the corporate social responsibility affect enterprise competitiveness,then providing basis decision for enterprises have a economic development.In theoretical analysis section,combining with the theory of corporate social responsibility and enterprise competitiveness theory,from all the relevant stakeholders of the enterprise analyzes the relation between corporate social responsibility and competitiveness,to reveal the evolution of each stakeholder society responsibility for enterprise competitiveness,which leads to the following empirical research.On the basis of the related theory for corporate social responsibility and competitiveness evaluation system,at the same time,choose the 12 listed industrial machinery manufacturing enterprises in Henan province as sample demonstration analysis,to reveal the present situation of the enterprise to fulfill the social responsibility of Henan province-most of the enterprises began to publish the social responsibility report,and pay more attention to the importance of social responsibility in the enterprise competition;Through the analysis of corporate social responsibility and enterprise competitiveness score at the level of correlation,and then studies the relationship between the two.Through empirical research results show that the enterprise to perform for the shareholders,customers,government responsibility there exists a positive correlation with competitiveness,the social public on competitiveness promotion relation is not obvious,enterprise liable for employees,creditors,environment of a negative impact on enterprise competitiveness.Combined with the research conclusion,hierarchical starting from the enterprise stakeholders,from the perspective of corporate social responsibility policy opinions,Suggestions were put forward.In this paper,we study that enterprise performance of the social responsibility of stakeholders is not an invalid and even affect the normal production and operation of enterprise behavior,from the short-term,directly to the long-term,indirect aspects can help enterprises to increase investment accumulation of social reputation.
