To comply with the economic globalization and the China's entry into WTO,the Corporate Social Responsibility has been quickly disseminated and practiced in China,Against this backdrop, a growing number of academics, and business people tend to agree with the corporate social responsibility of modern economic standpoint. Therefore, from the practice or theory, public has set higher requirements on enterprises. Although our own enterprises have got some achievements on carrying out social responsibility,there is no doubt that the status quo of CSR in our country is not optimized. The corporate social responsibility is still in its infancy in china. Because of the weak sense of social responsibility,there are many drawbacks that go against to taking social responsibility in the back of rapid economic development. Therefore, the question of Corporate Social Responsibility research has important theoretical significance and practical significance.The purpose of writing this paper is to describe the theory of corporate social responsibility on the basis of Discussion on how to promote mutual relations corporate social responsibility and competitiveness of enterprises, and point out that enterprises taking social responsibilities is very important to promote the competitiveness.This paper includes four parts. The first part is the contents of introduction. it describes the background of research and methods of analysis. At the same time, it also introduces a general overview of the study about corporate social responsibility at home and abroad. The second part, from the stakeholder's point of view, it describes the concept and content and natural characteristics of corporate social responsibility. Secondly, the influenced factors of corporate social responsibility to the enterprise competitiveness and the unity relationship of the corporate social responsibility between the competitiveness of enterprises are conducted in-depth elaboration. Once again, analyzing the current situation of China's enterprises to fulfill their corporate social responsibility, and then pointing out the main problems of social responsibility and analyze the reasons. Through the analysis of the successful experience of some enterprises who fulfilled their social responsibility and the consequences and lessons of the enterprise to who avoided the corporate social responsibility, the summed up some enlightenment to the general enterprise. Part III that is the fifth chapter of the whole paper, from the problems that existed in our enterprise at the part of undertaking the corporate social responsibility, analyzes the reasons from the perspectives of the government, business and society, finally proposes countermeasures to deal with those problems.
