In the process of long-term development and exploration of agricultural modernization in China,the vast rural areas have emerged a large number of large-scale agricultural business entities represented by professional large,family farms,agricultural leading enterprises and farmer cooperatives.Planting industry is the core and foundation of agriculture,and the large-scale cultivation industry has gradually developed into one of the important forms of agricultural management.Gansu Province,as a traditional agricultural province,its geology,geomorphology and hydrological environmental conditions are rich and varied,irrigated agriculture and dry farming development also has a long history,in recent years to the local seed industry,the main form of agriculture as the main form of farming professional Big business is in the ascendant,has become an important part of China's food security system,it has a certain typical and representative in the northwest region and even the country.Based on the above background,this paper chooses the specialty of farming industry in Gansu Province as the research object,and discusses the management efficiency and its influencing factors of farming industry in Gansu province.This paper analyzes the comprehensive efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of 152 large-scale farming specialty in Gansu Province,and analyzes the input-output situation of large-scale farming industry in Gansu Province.On the basis of this,the Tobit model of the influencing factors of the management efficiency of the farming industry in Gansu Province was established.Through the regression analysis,the significant influencing factors of the management efficiency of the farming industry in Gansu Province were obtained.Finally,the corresponding countermeasures were put forward based on the conclusion suggest.The conclusions of the paper are as follows:(1)Gansu Province achieves the best operation efficiency of the large-scale cultivation industry,and the operation efficiency of the vast majority of the specialty of the farming industry is greatly improved and the space is optimized;(2)In the distribution of the scale of the large scale of the farming industry in Gansu Province,the majority of the specialty of the farming industry is in the stage of increasing the scale of operation and the different operating conditions are differentiated;(3)Gansu Province,a large number of large-scale professional investment in the capital investment in the land and labor investment on the relatively small redundancy,that is land and labor force productivity is higher than the capital factor productivity;(4)Through the Tobit regression analysis of the survey data,it is found that the farmland water conservancy intact and the agricultural operating income have a positive effect on the operating efficiency of the large-scale farming industry.The management of the land area,the head of the household sex,whether it is willing to expand the scale and the labor force input four variables have a more significant negative efficiency to influenceBased on the above conclusions,the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions:(1)Perfect the farmland circulation mechanism and optimize the land use efficiency;(2)Advocate the intensive management mode,optimize the production factor allocation;(3)Improve the local farmland water conservancy facilities;(4)Improve the comprehensive quality of professional cultivation and management level;(5)Establish and perfect the long-term mechanism of the study on the management efficiency of the specialty of farming industry in Gansu Province.
