With the continuous deepening of economic globalization and the gradual innovation of innovative national goals,employee innovation behavior has become an important source of competitive advantage.In China,along with the changing internal and external environment and the increasingly fierce competition for talents,more and more enterprises get innovation output through relationships with employees exchange,so scholars began to study from the perspective of the organization leader member exchange.Western scholars have done a lot of useful researches in this field,but in the context of Chinese culture,the research on the influence of leader member exchange on employee innovation behavior is relatively scarce.This study as a starting point,focuses on the research of four aspects,respectively discusses the mediating role of leader member exchange on employee innovation behavior and perceived insider status and organizational cynicism plays the role and regulation,and provides a theoretical basis for the development of enterprise human resources policy.In this study,based on the background and significance of the research on the theory of leader member exchange,perceived insider status,organizational cynicism and employee innovation behavior,combined with the status quo of cultural situation at home and abroad Chinese,we put forward the research hypothesis and model architecture.Secondly,according to the questionnaire of this study designed authority at home and abroad about the variable table,through the written paper version and network version of the two data collected 368 valid questionnaires,we use SPSS17.0 for reliability analysis and correlation analysis of samples.Finally,we use statistical methods of hierarchical regression analysis,the data results show that:(1)leader member exchange has a positive effect on employee innovation behavior;(2)between the perceived insider status in leader member exchange and employee innovative behavior plays an intermediary role;(3)organizational cynicism plays a moderating role in the relationship between leader member exchange and employee innovation behavior,which plays a positive role in the adjustment of internal identity and employee innovation behavior.Based on this,according to the results of the study,we put forward the management enlightenments on three aspects to strengthen the employee innovative behavior from the enterprise practice and operational perspective: one is the order construction of leader member exchange;the two is to strengthen internal staff identity;the three is to maintain the harmonious and fair organizational atmosphere.
