Forestry is not only a basic industry of our country,but also a social public welfare undertakings.Forestry has irreplaceable important role in China's healthy and orderly development.The healthy and orderly development of forestry is not only can speed up the progress of regional economic,but also has the ecological benefit and social benefit.The effective protection of forestry resources to exert ecological benefit,so as to complete the main goal of the ecological environment construction,which is the core of the present forestry engineering construction in our country.Our country attaches great importance to the degree of the ecological environment which give forestry construction unprecedented opportunities,because of increasingly prominent forestry construction bringing unprecedented tasks for ecological construction.the development of forestry mechanism is not mature,which influenced by traditional thought of forestry development.forestry resources three major benefits(economic benefits,ecological benefits,social benefits)ecological benefits which is most parts of the forest resources,has been seriously neglected,causing the increasing deterioration of the ecological environment.Therefore,how to guide people to correctly realize the forestry resources,which is a problem to be solved.By using the form of monetary intuitive reflect the value of the forestry resources efficiency,not only can guide people to take the right way for the development and utilization of forestry resources,but also provide basis for the establishment of forestry policy related to regional,to achieve ecological,economic and social benefits of forestry resources unified development support.In this paper,based on the present domestic and foreign forestry resource value assessment theory,combined with the characteristics of forestry resources in henan province,recognized in domestic and foreign forestry resources value evaluation index and easy quantitative indicators to evaluate the comprehensive value of forestry resources in henan province.Rely on forestry bureau of henan province and get detailed data of forestry resources in henan province,and the value of forestry resources constitute to detailed analysis and explanation,and in turn to general ecological service function value of the present evaluation method to carry on the simple description,through comparing the pros and cons of different assessment methods,finally decided by the method of value evaluation,forestry resources of henan province has to evaluate the value of economic,ecological,social,and currency will be have aquantitative economic,ecological and social benefits.In this paper,the results are as follows: based on the domestic and foreign forestry resources value evaluation theories and methods of review and comment,through on-the-spot investigation,the analysis of forestry resources in henan province,building up resource value evaluation system of forestry in henan province.Exports mainly to forestry economic output of economic benefits,ecological benefits mainly include: water conservation,soil conservation,carbon sequestration,release oxygen,purify the atmosphere environment,forest protection,biodiversity conservation and forest recreation value,social benefit of forestry resources by creating more jobs,culture,education and scientific research and efficiency of public management system of forestry.After calculation,the total value generated by the benefits of forestry resource in henan province from 244.3 billion yuan to 436.2 billion yuan from2010 to2015,the economic benefit increased from 75.9 billion yuan to 65.8 billion from 2010 to 2015,yuan,ecological benefits increased from 130.2 billion yuan to188 billion,from 2010 to 2015 social benefits from 38.2billion yuan to 82.4 billion yuan from 2010 to 2015.From the above results,we can find that the value of the value of the forestry resources in henan province is 3.838 billion yuan,and the annual growth rate is12.3%.After using the grey correlation analysis five years of forestry resources about henan province comprehensive value of the benefits.After analysis that the forestry ecological benefit of forestry resources comprehensive value benefit contribution is the largest.Secondly,based on the conclusion of the various value benefit of forestry resources evaluation: in recent years forestry resources in henan province,the value of its present gradually rising trend,but compared with other areas in China still have certain gap,especially the forestry resources though its ecological value increasing proportion was decreased year by year.Finally,based on the value evaluation of the forestry resources,further give fully attention to the forestry resources in henan province countermeasures and put forward some suggestions.
