Hunan Gaozeyuan State-owned Forest Farm Application Research On Forest Resources Assets Assessment

Under the condition of socialist market economy, the capitalized management of forest resources is the requirement of deepening forestry economic restructuring, forest resource assets assessment is one of major work of forest resource capitalization management. In order to promote the completion of forest resource capitalization management of Gaozeyuan Forest Farm, carry out corresponding measures, by using second class forest inventory data in2009and supplemental data in2011of Gaozeyuan Forest Farm of Yongzhou City in Hunan province as the basis, by applying market price reverse algorithm, income current value method and replacement cost method, this article carried out forest assets assessment in over-matured forest, middle aged forest and young forest, according to the species and age classes of this forest farm; On the basis of forest site conditions, by applying current market price method, carried out assessment of arbor forest in commercial forest of this forest farm. The assessment shows that, in2011, the total value of commercial forest and public benefit forest (including tree, arbor stand in commercial forest) of this forest farm is582million Yuan, including forest use value of arbor forest in commercial forest is57.63million Yuan; arbor forest tree asset in commercial and public benefit forest is524million Yuan.The assessment result indicates that to estimate the forest general stock volume and asset value by using sub-compartment information of second class forest inventory data is a high efficient way to save labor, material and financial resources, means that the second forest resource inventory is not only can be used in forest resources monitoring and management, but also can be used in forest resource asset assessment.
