| In order to attract foreign investment,Local governments have done a lot of theoretical research and practical work,which set the improvement of macro foreign investment management,investment environment and the service consciousness as the gripper.Local government have issued a number of laws and regulations for foreign investment.The administrative organization service for foreign companies directly,which is the subject of the project tracking before and after the establishment of a foreign enterprise.In order to establish a service organization,the basic administrative department of foreign investment will gradually shift from the past"management of foreign investment" to the future "service foreign investment".However,many problems appeared in the process,such as the choice of investment target,the cultivation of professional personnel,the improvement of the environment of hardware and software and the practice of industry and policy.The operation of the government and the company should be improved,also,actively introducing new and high technology should be advocated.It is imminent that curb overinvestment and effectively manage the speculative investment.The content of this paper is based on Han Jiang area.This paper is premised on the overview and a brief review of relevant literature,on the basis of investment management theory,new public service theory and the service-oriented government theory.This paper adopt the data and example analysis method,analyzes the Han Jiang area status,characteristics and experiences of the foreign investment service,deeply analyzed the problem which existing in the project is the low enterprise service efficiency,the lack of systematic training of professional skills and the imbalance of the use of foreign investment,etc.Analyze the reasons from pint of the turmoil of international environment,overall slow of multinational investment speed,the restriction of preferential policy space and the weakness of the transform of service consciousness,etc.In reference to the foreign investment service experience of other areas in the province,we should update the concept,explicit policy,speed up the construction and optimization of investment environment so that Han Jiang area foreign investment service can be improved. |
