Diet is the top priority for people,in the past,in our country the regulatory functions of food is scattered across multiple functions,it was known as "Nine dragons Shares governance of water" regulation pattern,and it faced the blind area of law problems,therefore,the regulation of food is the lack of a systematic,holistic regulation concept.In 2009,China promulgated the first food safety law,marked China Food and Drug Administration is on the path of the rule of law;In 2013,the national Food and Drug Administration at all levels to institutional reform,basically,marks the end of the pattern of food regulatory divide and conquer;In 2015,in our country,the food safety law was revised,billed as the most stringent food safety law is used for regulation,Since then,China's supervision of the food industry has entered a new era.Need to cause our value is,however,the food industry in our country is still in a low stage of development,most of the small and medium-sized food production enterprise hardware and software level is not enough to meet the requirements of new period,especially a growing number of international food into our country,in the competition,China's food industry is "internal and external problems" disadvantage,under heavy fines,will inevitably lead to industry shrink,this is not conducive to economic development,also does not favor the social construction of the people's livelihood.The purpose of this paper is to explore how under the new situation,government based on national conditions,on the one hand,through institutional reform,law construction,and other administrative means,perfecting the mechanism of supervision and management of food industry,improve the safety of the food industry products,to meet the needs of society;Another aspect,but also governments at all levels in combination with the jurisdiction of the truth,balancing the development of the new changes in demand,develop appropriate industrial policy,through independent innovation and technological progress,help enterprise progress,meet the demand of the development of the industry economy.In the end,to achieve balance in the social and economic benefits,achieve efficient management from top to bottom,from the inside to outside.
